i've been returning to st regis for many times, that shows that i've a good experience with them. i love the suite, beautiful look and feel, the butler service has been very responsive.

during this last stay, i found the service level by front desk seems not that warm, attentive as before. not sure why, some miscommunication happened too regarding my request so that didn't gave me a good impression about the team, i was not happy during the stay (however they did provide me with late checkout) as apologies gesture. but still i think the service level should be maintain. i am frequent stayer for 5 stars hotel, it seems i am not returning to st regis for quite a while now. maybe i was expecting too much. food wise still so-so, definitely need improvement.

Last minute request for birthday deco was done immediately! Staff even offered to sing bday song. Perhaps deco in future can be more elaborate besides balloons... a small mini gift for birthday person will be much appreciated. The complimentary cake despite being small was reviewed as delicious! Thank u! Bkfast was the best! Perhaps could reduce some of processed meat (there were many variety of sausages) to real meat.

The turndown service was only provided on the 1st night. I stayed for 2 nights. In my previous stay (solo for 4 nights), I did not receive any turndown service.

Breakfast was very good, i love how the food arrangements

The room was huge. We had 2 queen beds, a small living area and still it was spacious enough for an extra single bed without being cramped. The extra bed was super comfortable and worth the prize. It came with an extra breakfast. The free flow coffee (all kinds) and tea was a plus for the guys that were having a football night. Complimentary pressing was also a plus. They took some time pressing my dress and send me a dessert plater with an appology card for the delay. It was not necessary but that was very sweet of them. Breakfast was a joy. Nice spread of food from Asian to Continental. St Regis breakfast all over the world, never disappoint! Special shout out for one of the waiters Daniel (I think that was his name. A gentleman from Kelantan) that was so kind, attentive and pro active. Staff like him puts a hotel on another level than the others. Keep it up!

There is no lounge to go for a late night drink. We were hoping to sit, relax and listen to some music since the hotel is quite far from everything. Not a deal breaker but would be a huge plus.

property is nice the room is nice n spacious

the services are abit off. especially the housekeeping staff.. ask me how to close the in room dining table. and the bath tub is not clean.

dinner was excellent through the set menu. great ambience. Breakfast was superb. they had a menu as well as buffet for breakfast. couldnt get her name but one of the girls who was at the bread station toasted the bread for me which i dont find it in other hotels. Also the butler Hilman was superb.

reduce the waiting time for check-in at the counter/table. but check-in service was excellent.

I like the personal butler service and complimentary drinks that you can order. The staff there are all very friendly and service oriented. The valet parking was also very good. Overall I'm impressed with the quality of service and I will definitely come back again.

I didn't quite like breakfast...I think the food wise was not really fantastic considering it's a high class hotel. They could have improved the cooking. The breakfast sausage was dry. The nasi lemak rice could have been more lemak taste and fragrant.

I really like the warm hospitality from St Regis. From the competent and professional butler; the warm and attentive staff; to the delicious dinner course and explained in detail by Chef Norazizi. Truly a remarkable experience. Went to St Regis to celebrate my husband's birthday. The experience is really warm and luxurious.

Only one issue room 1517 bath shower hot water not work.. Basin, bath dab all have hot water... But we Happy with room standard 👌🏼👌🏼👍🏼
