Splendid little gem of a hotel. The small size means that it always seems peaceful and tranquil (that suited us absolutely perfectly but may not be everyone's cup of tea). As almost all the rooms have their own loungers, there was never the slightest problem getting a sunbed by the pools, even though the hotel was completely full during our stay and the early November weather was perfect. Always plenty of towels to hand - no messing about with towel vouchers etc. No wait to sign for drinks etc - the waiters all knew which room we were in. All the staff we interacted with were excellent - polite, very friendly and well-trained. We had a small medical issue during our stay and reception organised a doctor to be in our room within 30 minutes, and then followed up afterwards with calls to the clinic we needed to visit. Breakfast and dinner were top-notch. For a short break it's perfect - close to the airport so no long taxi rides. We'll be back!

The only real downside for us is the local area. There's a nice chiringuito on the beach just outside the hotel but otherwise not much else in the way of quality restaurants in easy walking distance. We were very happy just staying in the hotel though and relaxing. Oh and a small thing is that there were hardly any plug sockets in our room.

Most of the staff is super, especially Borja, Filipe, Sonia, Isidro and Carlos were all super. Thanks to them our stay was great. The location is fabulous, views are great.

A few of the staff members unfortunately were a bit indifferent. Probably a bit more training is needed. The experience was inconsistent, depending on who was attending to you. Some the fixtures in the hotel need repair, on the walls you can make out the wear. At this price point, this should be kept up and fresh.

Room size was perfect, bed was extremely king size and comfortable. Welcome drink was nice as well as everyday sweets. Pool in spa, as well as the spa itself, was relaxing. Dishes in restaurant were tasty

gym. in hotel there is very small gym, however they offer free of charge bigger gym not far from the hotel. BUT - it is dirty, we tried once, and left after 10 minutes. walls in rooms are not so sound proof at all.

Sea view from restaurant terrace, cava at breakfast, excellent care from staff. All very tastefully/subtly decorated for Christmas.

No private balcony, comfortable lounger seats outside room but on shared walkway.

Just back from the one-week vacation which was outstanding from the beginning to the end. We enjoyed every moment: smooth check-in with the snack, attentive staff, quiet room, large comfy bed, sunbeds near the room and around the swimming pool, the sea view during breakfast, the sun rises in the mornings, prolonged time to check-out as we had the flight in the evening. Some tips which might be useful: we could use an electric or gas car free of charge once per stay. At breakfast, different options outside of the menu are available, for example, porridge.

We stayed here for one week in January and had a fantastic stay. Vinnci Aleysa is an amazing hotel with a wonderful staff that really makes you feel at home. The hotel and the rooms has perhaps one of the best locations in Benamaldena, with a great panoramic view of the ocean from the rooms, breakfast/dinner area and hotel terraces. The hotel is situated on a small height overlooking the beach and sea, which is great as it gives you an even better view and feeling of being on a secluded terrace. You can get down to the beach directly from the hotel using their private exit to the beach in less than a minute (they even have an elevator if you prefer). The hotel feels very private and secluded, yet it has a central location and there are plenty of restaurants right around the corner. You can reach Puerto Marina (the marina with a lot of restaurants and life) in less than 15 minuts walking along the beach promenade which is calm and beautiful. The rooms at Aleysa are spacious and very comfortable with a stylish classic yet modern decor. The building itself is also impressive and has a neoclassic feel. It's not a very big hotel, which is good as it feels very personal. The breakfast is very good and in addition to the buffet you can order lots of nice hot breakfast dishes such as crepes, anadalusian breakfast etc. Eating breakfast with a stunning view every morning felt like a blessing. We also liked Benamaldena, it's a cozy city and there are many nice places in Andalusia close by to visit. We took day trips to several interesting places such as Malaga, Granada/Ahlambra, Nerja and Frigliana. Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Thanks to the staff for making this a wonderful stay!

Staff were excellent and very understanding. The facilities were adequate and covered everything most people would need to help relax, and be comfortable whilst conducting any meetings be it business or with family or friends. Will definetely be returning here. Air conditioning, the bed, and overall room facility were great not to mention ease of going to the sea and outdoor pool facilities without experiencing any overcrowding.

There is nothing not to like. If you want a boutique hotel experience then this is a great choice.

Wonderful service, the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful, from waiters to cleaning people to receptionists. Big room and comfortable bed.They have a pillow menu to choose the best pillow for a good rest. Everything is spotless clean, they do the room twice a day and make sure everything is perfect for the guests. Very good breakfast, with a mix of buffet and freshly made food. Good natural orange juice. The hotel is right next to the sea with its own access to the beach.

Wifi was unstable and the connection kept on breaking. The TV didn't work properly (maybe because of the poor wifi?), the image was freezing constantly. There are no electricity sockets next to the bedside. In fact, there's only free one in the whole room, in order to charge more devices one needs to unplug a lamp. The gym was really small and rather old. The spa was also small and limited.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are a great size and the balcony is also a good size. The staff are very very helpful and the location is excellent. Breakfast was very good and the room is a very tranquil space a great way to start the morning with great views.

It was early in the season and the weather was not the best so the outside dining and bar space was not fully open. The inside bar is very small so it makes it difficult to sit there before dinner or going out in the evening.
