We asked for an updated and quiet room and got one of the newly renovated rooms with nice furniture, two big flat-screen TVs, a very well equipped kitchen and tow larger double beds (almost queen size). Only the bathroom wasn't updated but still is functional (though not very pretty) but since we were there only for one night it didn't matter. It was very quite, nice views from the adjacent patio over the dunes and the beach. The property if well maintained, staff is friendly. Pool looked great but we didn't use it.

Only some minor suggestions, For a perfect experience, it would be great to have a (small) safe in the room. The location of the AC wall-unit right above one of the beds (the only AC in the room) is not great. But since we hadn't to use it during the night it was neither noisy nor disturbing. It would be great (especially for short stays) to have a starter kit of coffee capsules for the Keurig machine in the room or to include this in the booking confirmation so that one could buy the right capsules in advance.

The room was well decorated with beach style. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the supplies that we needed. The location was perfect for the beach.

This only happened once. It was not long after we checked in. Maybe someone was smoking pots or weeds, the smell came into the kitchen and stunk up the whole room. We called the front desk, and they said they would call the maintenance. Not sure if they did anything. Luckily, the smell went away quickly after we called, maybe the person stopped smoking. This was the most unpleasant part of our stay. While the beds are comfortable, the chairs in the dining room wobbled when sitting on them, they need to be tightened.

We love everything about the property, including the location and the oceanfront suites are amazing. The staff is accommodating as usual and very friendly.

The only complaint we had was our bed was incredibly creaky and seemed like it was going to break as there was a big sink in the middle of the frame. Also, the shower head was extremely old and wasn’t detachable head, which I feel like would be very beneficial for people, especially as they want to fully shower after spending a day at the beach or waterpark.

Staff is always polite and friendly. The place has a homey feel. Great location and affordable prices off-season for my budget.

As a woman, room 303 needs more shelving and had zero hooks in the bathroom to hang towels/clothes. The were not enough outlets or the location was in the closet?? The glass table top was loose also. The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. They also had an old school coffee pot instead of a keurig. This wasnt an efficiency, so that made no sense to me. This particular room needs some updating.

We were so pleased with our stay at the Nassau inn The staff was very friendly and nice. The rooms was beautiful. I would only recommend one thing. I’m our room there was a moldy smell in the bedroom. Please take up the carpet in the bedroom. Then be an above 10!! We’re definitely coming back next year!! The pool was spotless the whole hotel was! Thank you so much!!

Just pick up the carpeting in the bedroom. It has a very stale and moldy smell. Other than that your hotel is spotless! New and beautiful.

Very old school, casual beach vibe. The staff was excellent. Very accommodating. The staff helped recommend their local restaurant choices and also had excellent suggestions on places to visit when we went to Cape May. Excellent...

They are upgrading the hotel. We had a direct ocean view room, but older carpeting still that they haven't upgraded to tile or wood yet like some of the other rooms. and the bathroom fan wasn't functioning. Other than that, it was great.

Location is awesome. Directly at the beach and a few blocks from the boardwalk. Loved our private balcony directly facing oceanfront. Room was well appointed. Staff were friendly and efficient. I would stay here again

No fault of the motel but we were surprised at how everything seemed to be shut down being it was only October 5th.. Office staff should have a list of restaurants etc. that are open in the off season to help patrons know where to go eat.

Location was perfect. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Clean room and very functional and roomy. It just needs updating and another arm chair in the living space otherwise, great place. Loved the pool, view and being able to grill. We will come back next year!

It wasn’t updated as we had been informed. One of the mattresses was too soft.

The room was what we expected for a typical beach motel with two beds, a couch, and a kitchenette. The pool was clean and we made use of the laundry facilities. The staff was friendly and even though rooms are right next to each other, the balcony provided adequate privacy.

The parking was AWFUL! I understand there is limited space but not being able to even get into your door or having to exit your vehicle by climbing out the passenger side or climbing out the hatchback is completely ridiculous. Thank goodness we had a minivan, otherwise, we would not have been able to exit our vehicle. The mattresses were a bit worn out but it wasn't too uncomfortable.

I just loved my room. The view was amazing!! Lisa made me feel very comfortable when I was checking in. Her kindness is outstanding. My room was so beautifully bright and clean. The outside grounds were beautiful and very clean with beautiful views everywhere! I can’t wait to go back!!
