I recently stayed at Hotel Brustolon, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like we were embarking on an Italian journey. Their hospitality was beyond compare, ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect. One of the highlights was the food. The hotel offered a variety of delicious Italian dishes, allowing us to savor the authentic flavors of Italy without leaving the premises. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the passion for food was evident in every bite. If you are looking for a place that combines excellence service, delicious food, and genuine Italian hospitality, Hotel Brustolon is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return.

Nice staff. Good honest breakfast. Clean room and bathroom.
In some mornings, during our 7 night stay, the omelet was horrible, as if it was mixed with carton. The bathroom is very small, at least in our room. The bathroom door was screeching badly. The door isolation is poor. You could easily hear people on the corridors. The room isolation in general is poor. You could hear the neighbours leaking in their bathroom. Sometimes at night, I almost thought there's someone else in our bathroom :)) The double bed, was made out of twin mattresses, and they were very unstable. Constantly having a hole in between them didn't provide the best sleep. It was not a perfect stay, but all in all, we just needed a place to rest in between our daily hikes, so it was good enough.

As the restaurant of the hotel was closed and we had booked for half-board, and we didn't have our own transport, we were chauffeured to an alternative restaurant of the same hotel chain in Mareson, a village nearby. This was an unexpected but pleasant experience due to the nice conversations in the car with the hotel manager and the fine restaurant. Breakfast was great too.
Some unnecessary discussion on how to book a room with separate beds, this was never a problem in other bookings. Also the room we ended up in had a very small and outdated bathroom and to have the separate beds one of us had to sleep in a bunk bed.

The building is super interesting and the price is good. The breakfast was well rounded with lots of options. The chef and I assume probably an owner as well was very accommodating for our dietary requirements as vegetarians. He made us some tasty noodle dishes with chantrelle mushrooms along with some grilled vegetables that were not a part of the menu.
The pillows are incredibly flat and uncomfortable. They really need to not put them in the washer or something.

Bed was large and comfortable and room was super spacious. The buffet breakfast was basic but nice. There is free parking across the road and it's a good location to access the Dolomites.
The hotel is located in front of a church where the bells ring every hour and every half hour between the hours of 7am - 10pm. So if you don't mind waking early, this place is great! But other than that, this place is nice.

The breakfast was delicious. There was a wonderful variety of foods to pick from. The aperitivo was great fun - delicious beer and snacks. The dinner was exceptional! Delicious antipasto platter was fantastic, and the zuppa was delicious. The beds were comfortable, the heaters worked nicely, and the shower had hot water and great pressure. The best part of all was the scenery out of your room.... simply breathtaking.

Junea was great at welcoming us and helping us with whatever we needed. Breakfast had such a big selection and it was amazing. We enjoyed the few drinks before dinner in the bar. The food at dinner was excellent. We enjoyed watching the European championship in the bar after dinner. After the dinner service was over all the staff ate together which we felt was lovely.
It was a lovely family run hotel. Good food. The staff were nice and our waiters, the two Lorenzo's were very friendly and helpful.
