We really loved the area/ neighborhood of this hotel :) it's less than 10 min walk from the Metro station and easy to get to the lively area of Myeongdong, however, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet :) and it's close to Nanshan cable car station and you can see Seoul along the way to the hotel! Our favorite part is the rooftop, though it was freezing cold during our visit, the city view from the rooftop and the close look at Seoul tower with serenity is just fascinating :) Also, the receptionist is friendly and approachable. He called a taxi for us and helped us with the luggage. recommend this hostel/ hotel if you're visiting Myeongdong! :)

there is no elevator in this hotel, so if you're carrying lots of luggage and staying in a room on a higher floor it would take more effort.

We loved this hotel so much that we came back twice! This hotel was cheaper than many of the hotels we tried during our 3-week trip, however, it was by far our favourite and was really such great value for money. Rooms and bathrooms were on the smaller side, however still very comfortable and had everything we needed including really good central and floor heating (appreciated during our winter trip). The breakfast included was simple (cereals, toast, coffee, juice) yet just what we needed. The staff here were also so nice and helpful. The whole environment was very laid back and easy going which made it a very comfortable stay. The location was also great: close to bus and subway stops and just across the street from the Myeondong market and shopping area where there was plenty to do and see.

I loved the location it was very convenient and safe. The staff were amazing and very helpful specially Steven and John.

Hostel is within short walking distance of 5-10 mins to myeongdong station exit 3 (stairs only) and exit 1(lift). It is near to lots of restaurants, daiso, shopping etc. For family room, need to climb up to 3rd floor. Staff was helpful to bring up one of our heavy luggage. Laundry service available and charged at 10,000 won per basket.

The receptionist speaks very well English and explained all our queries patiently and he been very helpful and friendly! Location is very good, only 5 to 10 minutes to Myeongdong subway.

Everything was great. The street where the hostel locates is very cute!

The room was up the top with a shared small kitchenette for three rooms, and in the room a personal mini fridge, TV and enough space to spread out. 10,000 won to get your clothes cleaned, dried, folded put back outside your room which was great. Free breakfast (bread, cereal, juice, milk) which was a bonus. Staff were very friendly. Especially David! He was fantastic and someone we now call a friend. His willingness to talk to guests should be highly commended. Thanks for making our stay in Seoul even better :)

The stairs are quite challenging! And the air conditioner in the room was a bit sporadic... but maybe it was because it's in Korean with no English instructions 😅

1. location, just a short walk to Myeongdong metro station which is are close to everywhere stores, restaurants,pub,etc. 2. Room is big enough for 6 people's and sleeping bed are comfortable 3. Bathroom is big enough and clean and also modern. 4. Fast internet connection 5G 5. All staff are very friendly and helpful 6. Rooftop is one positive and you can see the namsan tower directly 7. Coffee and tea are free Infront of receptionist 8. There is a small breakfast includeed in the price which enough to start in the morning 9. if you have late evening flight, you can store your luggage and take back when you are done shopping

The location is perfect, as it is conveniently close to the subway and the airport limousine bus. The street itself is very quiet, offering a peaceful atmosphere. If you're looking to stay in the center but prefer a more cozy place, I highly recommend it. Throughout the day, you can enjoy complimentary water, tea, and instant coffee, which is a nice touch. The double room is comfortable and spacious, providing a good size for a pleasant stay. Nice view from the rooftop. Very kind and helpful receptionist.

the noisy guests in the nights but it is not a fault of the hostel.
