Fantastic location, 100mt from exit 2 of Myeongdong subway station, and yet super quiet as the building is located behind Daiso. Great value for money considering the area if you are ok sleeping on the heated floor as the rooms are those of a typical Ondol (heated floors and "blankets" to sleep on it). If you are looking for a budget accommodation which is clean, greatly located and easy to access this is the place. Also, I was allowed to leave my huge luggage for an entire day and the staff was very nice about it, super quick responses. The WiFi works very well, the rooms have a fridge, toilet, towels...etc everything you need.

1. Location: This place will give you the most accessible ways in Myeongdong. Believe me, STAY HERE!!! From airport bus, Myeongdong bus stops and subway exits no. 4,5,9, Myeongdong night market entrance/exit, Namsan Tower cable car and many more!!! you will surely enjoy this place!!!! experience it yourself for your convenience. 2. Price: sooo cheap!!! believe me again!!! 3. Property: its a 4 or 5 storey, though no elevator fortunately, we stayed at 2nd floor. everything is clean and neat!!! FLOOR HEATER IS THE BEST!!!! and we experienced real Korean house due to futon beds huhuhu so lovely. Property provides towels, big shampoo, and body wash. didnt use mine hehehe. since the toiletries are good. 4. Owner: what a lovely man, very kind, HE EVEN GAVE FREE LOVE LOCK FOR YOUR NAMSAN TOWER TRIP!!! he prepares bfast for us. toast, egg, coffee, STRAWBERRY JAM!!!! hayyyy more reason to love Seoul!!!

It is very easy to reach the hotel - just take the metro line 4 to station Myeongdong, take exit no. 2, turn right at the hotel Prince and you will see already the hotel. The staff was very helpfull and I could keep my luggage there during the day after my check-out. Accross the main street is a lively night market with a lot of shopping and eating options - both restaurants and streetfood. It is very easy to get around the city from the hotel using the metro.

Don't think the hotel is to blame here, but I guess I am not a futon person. For me, sleeping on the floor was not very comfortable and simply too hard. Especially after a long flight and completely jet-lagged.

The location is very nice and accessible to subways stations market etc.

Overall its good, but sleeping mattress was quite thin and restroom was a bit small.

The location. It is very near exit 2 in Myeongdong station, just look for Hotel Prince walk a bit uphill then left side. That's it.

The towels are small and no full length mirror.

We really enjoyed this place, the location is fantastic and the hosts are very nice. The room is very clean and the aircon works without any problems. The rooms were big enough, so we were able to open two suitcases without having any trouble. The subway is 3 minutes from the hotel away and there are many small cafes like Starbucks, McDonalds next to the place. In the evening we often went to the big Myeongdong night market which is 5 minutes away by foot. When we had to leave in the early morning to catch our flight, we took the direct bus to the airport, which is right in front of the apartment.

The place was very nice, but the matrices, as well the walls were very thin. In the night you could hear the neighbours snoring. Even though, if we would stay in Seoul again, this place would be our first choice.

Location. No Doubt. It’s situated across Myeong-dong St where there’s a lot of famous Korean street food, near the 12 storey Daiso, and Olive Young. Shopping spree area and a lot of convenience stores around and near train station. Coffee and water is free at the corridor. There’s a washing machine with free detergent to use downstairs. The staff is friendly and easy to communicate. Easy check in and check out.

The bed is quite uncomfortable coz it’s quite thin, small towel provided but fresh daily. We stayed for 9nights without room service/cleaner so the bed got really dusty. Basically, you’ll get what you paid for.

The location is perfect, you could get on the airport bus, metro, shopping area, all within 3 minutes walk. The room is a bit dated yet still clean enough, you would be hard press to find another room with such price with a private washroom in the surrounding area. It also have drinking machine, microwave, private refrigerator, 4 clean towels per day. You would find a few restaurants around with a home-like atmosphere in reasonable price, which I really like. You just can't beat the price.

You won't have a "bed", what you would get is a futon, and it is a bit on the too-thin side. Also, you won't (or at least during my stay) get cleaning everyday, just throw your trash outside would more less solve that though. I haven't seen any staff around during my stay, if your room have problem, might be a bit tricky to get help, yet they are easy to get in touch with on the booking.com app. Just I would prefer to actually seeing a staff there, but you get what you pay for.

In fact, MyeongDong Ecohouse is a good and clean place where I will recommend every traveller to be, if you need a sound mind and relax well. Secondly, what I observed was that MyeongDong Ecohouse provided two hygienic towels every blessed day, liquid soap, floor heater in the room, coffee in front of your doorstep, in fact, and many more, I recommended Myeongdong Ecohouse for your plan trip in South Korea, Seoul-Myeongdong.
