Nice hotel located on the dead sea. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome at the reception. Take note that they try to sell you the dinner package at the restaurant for 57/2 people. We only paid for one dinner and then had room service the next night. The dinner at the restaurant was good, but far too much and I'm not sure if it was worth the price- mix grill chicken was overcooked. Better to go a la carte. The hotel says they have a Mexican restaurant, but that has closed and there is no food served at the adult pool, which was a shame as this is where we spent most of our time apart from the sea. The sea part of it was nice, had the mud and showers. It would be nice if there were some soft drinks available to purchase while spending a few hours there. If you have the chance to drive 30 minutes further south there are many amazing places to get great pictures of the dead sea, along with the salt formations. They didn't have this at the hotel, but the swimming experience was still good! The pool bar menu was alright from what we had, shawarma and chicken tenders. Half the main pool was closed off. The room service pizza was average, the cheesecake was okay and the brownie was below average.

When we arrived the man that brought our luggage waited awkwardly in the room until we tipped him. We didn't ask for our luggage to be brought up, they just took them from us as we were entering the hotel, which is completely fine and standard procedure but I thought it came across quite cheeky/rude to wait in the room until we provided a tip.

This is a nice 5 star hotel. It is clean, spacious with free parking, The staff are friendly and helpful, special thanks to Anas in the reception and Amer in the entrance. The breakfast and dinner are good but pricy.

The staff in the Dead Sea were rude and ruined the service excellence of the hotel, they need to change their attitude. They forced all the guests to leave the sea before dark which is the best time to take photos, people are here for relaxing with good photos, hopefully the hotel should set up rules like the beach will be closed 30 minutes after the sunset.

Clean nice facilities the food is ok

Lovely room

Small qualms to be honest. Firstly, the beach had some construction and constant drilling. This is not relaxing for guests and I wouldn't expect it at a 5* hotel - please do it after the beach is closed? Speaking of which, we were watching the most amazing sunset with some other guests and told to leave the beach by a member of staff as it was closing. The other guests asked if we could wait literally 2 or 3 extra minutes for the sun to go down (it was amazing!) But we were told to move. Again from a 5* hotel I would've expected them to allow us to watch the sunset for 2/3 extra minutes.

Staff are all super friendly and helpful. We ate in the buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the food was very good. The pool areas are clean and with plenty of sunbeds and shade. The beach also has lots of sunbeds and staff on hand to help with any requests. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Free soft drinks in the mini bar were a big bonus. There is also free tea and coffee. All in all, we had a great stay, and I could find no fault with the hotel. Be aware there are steps and a fairly steep slope down to the beach. Most will manage it easily but anyone with mobility issues may struggle. Also, take swim shoes as the sea has lots of rocks. Late check iut is also available for 50 JOD - this extends the room to 6pm. However, there are excellent changing facilities at the pool on level 1 (near the beach)

The Resort is one of a Kind in Jordan. The Staff were professional and very kind, Feras at the check-in, Sulaiman from the Housekeeping, the Lifeguard who provides the mud and salt and the check-out manager who managed to extend our check out time for an extra time. The food was great and the restaurant staff were super friendly. The pools were very nice and clean. We had amazing spots for photoshooting and much more to tell. I will definitely come back again.

At first, the towels and bedsheets were a bit old, clean but old and did not look nice. But Suleiman managed to change them all with cleaner and newer ones.

The room was not very proper. The furniture was old.

My stay at Crowne Plaza was nothing short of exceptional, and I can confidently say this property is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the modern, stylish design of the hotel, which seamlessly combined elegance with functionality. The staff played a significant role in making my stay memorable. A special mention goes to MOUSAB at the reception, whose professionalism, warmth, and willingness to assist made my experience even better.
