Due to the reviews on google I expected nothing, but was very positively surprised when I came there. Everybody was very friendly, the room was spacious & clean with a window to the backyard, the breakfast was ok (nothing special, but edible) and the Wifi was fast enough even for online gaming! the place is for sure no 5 star palace, but I really don't know what people expect when they rent such a cheap hotel room. For the price and with this central location it was really good!

The hotel is very well located for public transport as it is situated very close to the Charlottenburg station. We found the room comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and set off on our days out in Berlin very happily.

I haven't got anything negative to say about the hotel. It seemed to me like a fairly basic but homely place to stay. There was no wow factor about the room or shower or anything but the location suited us fine. Possibly it would have been nice to be able to get a drink in the evening or something but the area has plenty of bars and coffee shops nearby so it wasn't really a problem.

Tall room. Clean. Clean towels , changed every single time I let them on the floor. Cleaning done daily. Windows opened so that there was fresh air daily. staff very friendly and helpful. Right across the street of the S station and 350 from the subway. Lots of restaurants in the area. Breakfast basic but good

The entrance is very outdated, the rug on the stairs needs a replacement. The TV is too high and a little too far from the bed.

The Staff was super friendly. The breakfast was also quite good. The best is the location, it's directly to the S-Bahn Charlottenburg. You could find anything you need in the neighbourhood. Overall it is a very good place.

The room was ok, my only suggestion would be to get new beds. They feel very old and uncomfortable.

Breakfast is good enough. Shower in the room near the bed is very interesting solution. The rooms are big enough to fill comfortable. The stuff is quite kind and hospitality.

A liitle bit loudly here, but this is OK considering the location (very close to U-Bahn station). There is no adequate and detailed explanation how to get in upon arriving, since the hotel door is permanently closed. Hotel should put the bigger nameplate how to get in, cause the guest who has arrived for the first time are confused about how to get in. Shared toilet (one only on a floor).

The location! It's just opposite from the train station. You just need to cross the street...

The floor on the corridor. When someone passed the corridor, it makes such a sound, a cracky sound specifically. But it's not bad. That could be renovated and improved...

Close to shopping, close to train stations to reach land marks, quirky, but clean, had a balcony,

Not a complaint but if you are a bit unsteady on your feet there’s lots of stairs. Makes for an interesting arrival back to room after a few drinks

This hotel can truly be described as excellent ratio "price-quality" for Berlin. Located in 30 meters from the entrance to Berlin Charlottenburg DB station "S"-line, in 10 minutes walk from Wilmersdorfer underground station. Check-in at any time, delicious, varied and rich breakfast, which was included in the price. The staff is polite, helpful and assists in everything related to the stay. The room is clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom and shower with toiletries and towels. Good WiFi.

Everything is good. Small thing - if you plan to sleep with an open window, then noisy drunken companies, that are always typical for train stations, will make noise until the morning. However, good windows, when closed, completely block out noise from the street.

The staff was amazing i love them as they don't know English still they make me understand everything. Staff was amazing ✌️✌️

Well located near S-barn with connections, near restaurants and shops. Very clean. Elaborate breakfast offerings. Helpful staff.

Please get some decent pillows! I understand that these feather pillows are “traditional “ but they are decrepit and flat and should be supplemented with some modern, supportive pillows.
