It would be easier to say what we did not like. The only thing would be we did not stay long enough., bit we will be back. Loved the food, the staff, the room, the pools, the spa the entertainment.

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Great location, beautiful pool and spa area. The buffet breakfast and dinners were amazing. My son is vegan and the chef personally came to talk to him and even created a special dessert plate for him.

The check in was smooth. The room was excellent. The spa, top notch UPDATE. I used booking.com and paid the room. The hotel also charged. I am now with double charge, with no response from hotel. they didnt give me the normal paperwork. Buyer beware!!!!!! Service was great, but not for double the price

We had an amazing stay at the Nevo Isrotel. The rooms were amazing - clean, comfortable and had great views of the pool and the Dead Sea. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of food choices and drinks. The pool was a great place to relax and the spa was outstanding. I highly recommend visiting this hotel!

There was construction Infront of the hotel blocking some of the views of the Dead Sea. Overall it didn’t have a huge impact on our stay and we really enjoyed our time.

Divine surprise : practically all the staff was new and international (english fluent) and were very efficient and respectful. The bedding The bedding is excellent, the sheets and towels are spotlessly clean. The room is cleaned every day. The buffets are plentiful and a special effort has been made on the quality of the products offered but we are still far from the great refined cuisine (one more effort and it will be good). A glass of wine offered would be appreciated. The Israeli continental breakfast is really plentiful and for once in line with international standards

We told the management that we are coming for celebrating our 20+wedding anniversary: I wanted a bottle of wine, flowers or a little welcome note, just to mark the occasion. I even received a response on booking from the management: "yes we will take care of it ... but unfortunately not even a bottle of mineral water was waiting for us ;) too bad ... perhaps next time!

It is a very good hotel, in an excellent location. Due to the big number of guests, we hesitated having dinner in the restaurant, which offers a buffet. However, since it was late for us, we decided to stay inthe hotel. What a great surprise! The food was excellent. In spite of the buffet, several dishes were individually prepared on a chef style. Also the breadfast was excellent

They are renovating the pool. It is true that one poos was still available, but it is not isolated from the other one which was being renovated. Thus, one was supposed to stay in the pool while workers were renovating the pool beside. Moreover, they are builing new facilities on the beach. This will be great inthe future, but it did jeopardise the vew we expected to have from the room. Ih we had been warned that the hotel was under renovation, we would not have stayed there

We were warmly welcomed by the staff, especially our assigned host, Kathi, who ensured we had a fantastic stay at all times, even assisting us in getting our rooms ready as early as possible on Shabbat. The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and offered a great view. The breakfast was super complete and delicious. The vibe at the pool was amazing. I even saw a staff member ask another guest who had just lit a cigarette to turn it off as the pool is a smoke-free area—I almost applauded. The beach was a wow experience. I've been to the Dead Sea numerous times, and this really changed my perspective. There's nothing like walking down to the Dead Sea early in the morning after a good breakfast, with your own shaded spot and the sea to yourself.

While our overall experience was pretty good, we found the food options on Shabbat to be lacking. We had lunch at the poolside, but unfortunately, the meal didn't meet our expectations. However, there are options outside the hotel that you can easily access with a nice walk along the tayelet.

We had a fantastic time. The hotel is in a great, beautiful location, and the pool area is really nice. Entry to the spa is free, and it features a sauna and a heated pool with water from the Dead Sea. We also treated ourselves to a massage, which was excellent, though a bit pricey. The food in the dining room is varied and delicious, on par with good restaurants. Since I’m gluten-sensitive, the chef came out to show me what I could eat, and there was a pretty good selection, from gluten free bread, vegetables pie, to cheesecake and chocolate fondant. He even offered to make gluten-free pancakes and pizza for me. We did have a small issue when we noticed we were charged more than what the amount stated in our Booking reservation. However, the staff quickly addressed it and kindly compensated us with a free dinner and glasses of wine. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The shower and bathroom area near the pool and spa could be better maintained during peak hours.

The hotel is at a good location, there is parking. The food was great and tasty. The lounge is nice, they have there snacks, food and drinks included alcohol. Victoria, the manager was really nice, always smiling and willing to help. The pool is big and they have a private beach. The room was clean with balcony and the view was really nice. The staff is very kind. They called us to ask if everything is ok. I really recommend this hotel.
