The breakfast was exceptionally good very tasty great variety clean, great service. The Spa was exceptionally great clean, spacious Show was very great entertainment. Staff was Very polite overall. The atmosphere decor very beautiful .

The transportation shuttle was never on time I walked to the beach twice, most people walked. It was not Convenient, beach to far not to have efficient shuttle service It would be horrible for someone disabled The beach water was muddy not full of salt like the other beach front waters. Need more salt close to the shore. It would be a bonus if you could give those who check in in late like after 7:00 a late check out the next morning So the can have atleast one of the hours they lost. Curtains in the room were very dusty windows should be kept clean.

➕ Stayed at the hotel during the New Year's Eve. The place is huge, but despite reports of crowding which perhaps happens during the high season, it was fine and not overly crowded during my stay. The price was rather steep, but this is unfortunately the norm for the Dead Sea. ➕ The room was good and spacious, with a nice balcony, great view over the Dead Sea, and a great shower+bathtub combo. Both breakfast and dinner was great, with a big variety of options, definitely worth the price. Wi-fi worked fine in the room and common areas. Noise isolation was good. ➕ The location is on a hill within a short walkable distance from the beaches, something like 500-600 meters. The bus stops with buses to multiple destinations in the area and across Israel is on the way from the hotel to the beaches. There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby as well.

➖ There were occasional cracked or poorly washed cups&plates during breakfast/dinner. ➖ To access spa facilities and the like guests have to wear a festival-like bracelet, given upon check in, which is quite inconvenient as the bracelet can not be removed without damaging it and wearing the bracelet for days is tiresome. ➖ The bathtub perhaps could've been a bit bigger given the fairly big size of the bathroom.

The room was great, spacious, comfortable, and just what I booked, with view and all. Very clean and comfortable. The check in and out efficient and swift. The stuff was very nice and helpful.

There was no restaurant on site. We booked only breakfast as a part of a stay, and counted to buy a meal afternoon as we come and go. The first evening we managed to buy a hot meal at the bar, but the second evening they didn't have any, so we ended up driving to the nearby McDonald's- which you really wouldn't expect while staying at a first class hotel which is a huge complex with tons of facilities (but no food?) Also the staff at the bar wasn't friendly at all as opposed to the rest of the hotel's staff.

exceptionally clean… public areas constantly being cleaned! There’s a terrific elevator system so never waited more than seconds for lift! Amazing typical Israeli breakfast, busy, but never felt hurried. The Spa is amazing and two salt water pools, inside warm, outside cool! Shame that the outdoor swimming pool closed for the winter, as weather was quite hot.

I suppose the only dislike, although not too much of a problem, is hotel internet poor, very hit and miss!

It was a great room with a nice view. We had to ask for towels multiple times because after cleaning we didn't get any towels. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

The location is across the street from the sea. It was hard to go up the hill back to the hotel, especially when it's very hot outside.

I liked the spaciousness of the rooms The meals were opu;lent. I like the cascading fountains and ponds with the fish. Our Asian room cleaner was very courteous and efficient.

The beach shuttle either did not go to the main beach or it wasn't explained that it did, The hallways were stifflingly hot. It was difficult to wash eyes that got sea water in them and it really stung. The eye washing station h should have been somewhere where it was readily accessible to the shore.. The Sea was burning hot. not just bathwater warm. Check in time should have been 24 hours from the check-out tim

My room and balcony were spacious and provided me with the quieet I needed in a change of environment from the city noise.

I also came to work on my computer. An office chair and appropriate table ( and not the high table with steel legs which brushed against my legs) was missing. A few cookies and milk alongside the tea would have been appreciated..

1st - it’s one of the greatest hotels in Ein Bokek; 2nd - food always very delicious and various; 3d - design of hotel is incredible - very beautiful; 4 - service on high level; 5 - very big pool with palms and beautiful backyard 6 - 5 min to the Dead Sea or can use shuttle

One thing that is minus I think bar isn’t included to the price just water😅 also in the restaurant the same
