I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Park Hotel & Spa! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the entire hotel. Whether you’re a fan of hearty dishes or prefer lighter options, there was something for everyone, and it set the perfect tone for the day ahead. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and cared for. Their attention to detail and personal touches made my stay feel special, and I truly appreciated the warm atmosphere they created. I liked it a lot! Friendly personnel, almost everyone understands English. Room was large and comfortable. Spa was great (but you need to fix the door to the sauna). Gym is large and well equipped. Next time I'm going to Skopje, I'll definitely check availability and prices at Park hotel before looking elsewhere.

Location is a few minutes to walk from the center, and the area around is dirty (at least in the winter). Gym (and maybe Spa) are also open to the public, and quite crowded on the weekend.

We particularly relished the made-to-order omelettes, flawlessly prepared to our liking. Our accommodations at Park Hotel & Spa were nothing short of luxurious. From the moment we stepped into our room, we were greeted by elegant decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. The room itself was spacious and thoughtfully appointed, with thoughtful touches enhancing our overall comfort. Additionally, the breathtaking views from our window provided a picturesque backdrop to our stay. Undoubtedly the highlight of our visit was the spa experience at Park Hotel & Spa. Upon entering, we were enveloped in a sense of tranquility and relaxation that set the tone for our entire visit. The spa facilities were impeccable, offering a range of indulgent treatments to choose from. Opting for a couples massage, we were treated to the skilled hands of expert therapists in a serene setting. The soothing music and aromatic scents further enhanced our experience, leaving us feeling thoroughly rejuvenated. In addition to the outstanding spa facilities, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the gym at Park Hotel & Spa. Equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, it provided us with an excellent opportunity to maintain our workout routine during our stay.

Everything was perfect!........

The room was huge! Whenever we had any questions, the staff attended to them straight away. Hotel is right next to a massive football stadium! Would be perfect place to stay and view a North Macedonia international match!

Fridge wasn't plugged in and had no cord, had to call reception to plug in the fridge. TV wasn't plugged in and had no cord, had to call reception to grab a cord from a room next door. Fridge had bottled beer, but no bottle opener.. had to goto the restaurant to get my beer/wine opened.

Wonderful experience I am not a review writing type of person. But this hotel is so good, i really wanted to write this as a gesture of our appreciation. We stayed here for 6 nights and we are checking out today. My only regret is not staying longer. Here are my honest comments based on my observations during my stay. After i booked our room, i received a message from the hotel offering a transfer from the airport. A top of the range vip mercedes s class picked us up from the airport. The driver was waiting for us right at the exit with a name card in his hand. Coming out of the airport he was the first thing we saw. We were in the hotel in around 20 mins. Check in was very easy and quick. Location of the hotel is the best in Skopje in my opinion. It is right next to the river. There are walking and cycling paths along the river to both ways. One way goes to the heart of the city centre (5 mins walk) and the other goes to a beautiful park (2 mins walk) which also has a zoo. Also there are bridges to cross the river on both sides of the hotel in 2 min walking distance. On the other side of the hotel there is a stadium and behind the stadium there are many pubs, restaurants, cafes and bars. The ones we tried were good and the people going out in this area were nice and very well mannered too. I believe this is the good or may be and most probably the best part of the city. Food and drinks were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was very nice and included in our room price. Other than that, when we first came to Skopje we were looking for places to eat out, to see different places and culture. Then we tried hotels food. We liked it so much we ended up having 2 room services, 1 lunch and 3 dinners at the hotel. Each and every single one of them were great. Delicious, timely, reasonable priced and the portions were big too. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel. Every single member of the staff was great. They were very kind, very well mannered and good at their jobs.

Lovely hotel, staff are very friendly and the gym/spa is great. Situated on the river about 15mins easy walk from the city centre. Restaurant and outside bar are good and food is lovely.

Breakfast service is manic! It's like the whole hotel turns up at the same time and turns into a frenzy.... Staff work incredibly hard to stock up supplies and clear tables but it's just too busy.

Fast check-in and excellent service from the reception team! The hotel’s location is stunning — right in the heart of the city’s beautiful park, offering peace and tranquility yet just minutes from the city center. The spa was incredibly relaxing, and I’d like to give special compliments to the massage therapists for their exceptional skill. Truly a wonderful stay!

Excellent location, very clean and luxury’s place, the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was fabulous the food amazing and the price was excellent.

Only two minor issues the bed lights was not working and from the bathroom when I was taking a shower was leaking water in the room on the carpet room 306

We stayed there for one week. Our room was spacious, comfortable and with good facilities. The staff were friendly and competent. Spa and gym are high quality. Excellent enjoyable breakfast...

Parasol for the balcony. The hand shower in the toilets did not work properly. Nothing else worth mentioning.

The breakfast was very good. It had a good range of Macedonian and international food choices. The room we stayed in was a good size and clean. It was well equipped with a supply of things like tea/coffee and bathroom items. The reception staff at the Spa were very helpful and friendly. It seemed as though they enjoyed their jobs and were happy to serve customers!

The swimming pool was cold! When checking in it felt like we had to ask lots of questions to find out simple details that we would have been expected to be told such as the time and location of breakfast. Now, it might just be that we were very quick to ask questions (!) but it did feel as though if we hadn't really been given much information when we checked in. It would have been helpful if we could have paid the city tax when booking the room rather than on departure from the hotel.
