Very clean and tidy room, cooked breakfast was excellent, pleasant countryside location ideal for a peaceful night away
Not easy to get to as it's a couple miles along a single track porthole full road from main road, our car did sustain some damage to the underside as it was difficult to avoid potholes and was forced off road by oncoming vehicle, would be better to have 4x4 vehicle, we did find a slightly better road in and out but it was a few miles detour for us.

Beautiful little find, we wanted somewhere as a stop off between travelling and this was perfect. Set in the countryside but there's some pubs within driving distance, a few were closed when we stayed (Monday night) so we found a nice Marston's not far away. Nice and quiet relaxing atmosphere, room was really airy and light, lots of room. Breakfast was gorgeous, we arrived later in the day but they called to tell us our room number for self check in and to arrange breakfast for the morning. Would definitely recommend
Nothing to fault

Spacious accommodation, very quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by amazing countryside. Great staff nothing was too much trouble. The local wild life was amazing. We saw deer and owls as well as all the sheep! Fabulous breakfast
Although the Driveway was fine for us it may prove a problem for vehicles either with a low ride height or a nervous driver The bed was uncomfortable - quite hard but lumpy (springs felt like they were moving when you turned over)

Very clean, nice setting, top notch breakfast
Single bed a little softer than I’d like but this is personal preference. Leaving the shower head pointing towards the shower door so when I turned on to heat up it sprayed me in the face and soaked the floor. When I went back I saw the bath mat was in the base of the shower tray and now soaked. However you could blame that on my stupidity but I’m going to blame the fact I’d took my glasses off 🤣. Sorry about the soaking wet bath mat!

Breakfast was excellent, very well presented and tasty, with excellent quality ingredients. The surroundings are amazing and serene. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Totally worth the money.
There was a clicking/creaking in the roof or somewhere. Can't really be helped as it's just the building. The bed was really creaky. In our room the tv aeriel went all the way round the room and had quite a loose connection so needed a little jiggling. If anything these comments are just nit picking as the overall stay was great and we would recommend.

The Granary is a series of ground floor en suite rooms arranged around a large lawned area. It is set some distance from the main hall in a quiet location. Car parking is near to the rooms and a breakfast room is also on site with reception open at set times. The room we had was well appointed and comfortable.
The pods for the coffee machine were not labelled so unsure if any were decaffeinated. Breakfast coffee was weak and there was no toast at breakfast.

Cosy breakfast room, reasonable selection for a small venue, breakfast tasty and the cook/server was very friendly. Service was quick considering the breakfast is freshly cooked, ideal for a business trip when your keen to get back!
The WiFi didn't work at all in the room and there is no phone signal which made it difficult to contact family which is important when travelling for work. Also, no hairdryer, fortunately I brought my own but this is the first place I have been to that doesn't supply them.

We had a wonderful stay at The Granary. We had a wedding at another venue local so just came across the Granary when looking for somewhere to stay and it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious and Tom was so helpful organising a taxi for us to the wedding venue. The rooms are all decorated to a very high standard and immaculately clean. Thank you very much!

Lovely quiet location tucked away with plenty of interesting walks. Room was exceptional with a roll top bath in the room it added something unique to a birthday getaway. Underfloor heating and also radiators kept us more than toasty as was a January weekend! Breakfast was served very personally to us with the male staff member/ chef being very polite and accommodating.
Can’t say I did!
