Amazing hotel. Clean. We had the 2 bedroom, 1 king bed, 2 queen bed suite. So much space. 2 bathrooms. All very clean. Plenty of towels. It felt like a complete home. We stopped for a night on a very long drive and it was amazing. We wanted to stay longer. And breakfast was great. Even fresh berries and Greek yogurt along with all the usual in a buffet breakfast. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay!

It's not a negative but an electric kettle in the kitchen would have been wonderful!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great, close to shops and restaurants. Hotel rooms look like they just went through a renovation. Downstairs being renovated near the lobby and gym. Very close to sports tournament we were playing in. Rooms were spacious, clean and kitchen had many amenities for a hotel.

Lobby in common area was under renovation as well as the gym, wish we were aware of that before our stay. Outside fire-pit wasn't working and was looking to using that along with friends we were traveling with.

Price was good. Rooms were roomy and clean. Breakfast was outstanding with many choices beyond any traditional Continental breakfast offerings(eggs, fresh waffles, various juices, fresh fruit, yogurts, granola, teas, coffees, bacon, potatoes, bagels, English muffins etc). Ice machines available. I rented a 1 bdrm suite. It had a Full size refrigerator, 2 smart tv's, couch that folded out into a full sized bed. Bedroom was super roomy with a large King sized bed that was comfortable. Only 2 minor issues I encountered. The way the lights work in the room by inserting the room key card can be wonky at times. Most of the staff were great with the exception of the late shift that took several hrs to deliver 1 extra blanket to our room so the kids could go to sleep. The hotel is right next to the Colonie Center Mall and many restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel

Took more than 2 hrs to bring 1 extra blanket to our room. We even offered to come down and get it, but each time they continue to tell us 15 minutes that ended up being 2 hrs later.

There was garbage under the sink and food in thr fridge and the kitchen sink was dirty. I saw Stepahan in the hall a house keeper told him and he stopped what he was doing and took care of it no questions asked I really appreciated that

Other than what I already wrote I had no issues the bed was amazing. can't wait to rest in it again. so soft your whole body sinks into it

Me and my husband had a staycation away from our 2 children. The beds were comfortable! The breakfast was amazing! ( try the waffles!) Location was amazing as well. We were within 10mins of anything and everything we wanted to do. We went and it had snowed, the staff cleaned off the cars, plowed, and shoveled/snowblowed out everyones car! The hot tub / pool was a nice aera, didn’t use it much since it was a lot of kids there that weekend. The main man at the front desk, Lorenzo was phenomenal! He recommended dinner for us when we asked, was extremely helpful with answering any question we had.

Close to a variety of places. The included breakfast was delicious and the room was clean. The kitchenette was just enough for my friends and I (included a microwave, coffeemaker, two small stovetop spots, a sink and a full size fridge/freezer). The beds were comfortable and the living space was very nice too.

Hard to find parking sometimes depending on how busy it was.

Room/suite was roomy and comfortable. Loved the breakfast but the bonus was the evening meal on Mon, Tues, and Wed. Delicious and hot! Staff was friendly and helpful. Free laundry, pool. The new area for meals was really great!!

Ice maker in room did not work. No other problems.

It was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed having the amount of space that we did. The location was extremely convenient. The breakfast hours were phenomenal and all the amenities were also very nice and helped to make the stay enjoyable.

I don't know if what I saw was accurate, but there was something that looked like a camera in my room. It was not the TV sensor, because we checked. This made us really nervous and uncomfortable. I hope it was something else but it looks like a camera and we don't see the point in having those in a room full of girls where they change and sleep. I am hoping that it is not what we thought it was and that this is a complete misunderstanding.

The breakfast is delicious. The room is excellent, and the additional services for the room were extraordinary. It feels almost as an apartment, with the advantages of a hotel

We arrived late, and the beds for the kids were not prepared. The person in charge, instead of asking for apologies, took a proud attitude trying to explain why the beds were not made and saying it is normal that we made it ourselves. A simple sorry would have solved it. We didn't mind making the bed, we despised the haughty attitude

I really appreciated how clean everything was, including our room. I also appreciated the many options they had for breakfast which was included in our stay. I also really enjoyed the outside seating area by the fire pit. I wish I had a chance to use the pool/hot tub, I will have to try it out next time.

Nothing, everything was great and my boyfriend and I had a great time.
