The two front desk people were amazing!! One was the manager male and the other was the front desk manager female !! Your staff definitely follows these managers leads! Their leadership shows!! Excellent!!!

Couple of things and not Management's fault .. Owners or Hilton .. Little out dated.. I only stay at Hampton Inn..and have seen and stayed in much nicer facilities..

The staff was friendly, kind, and felt like family. I stayed at a more expensive place 2 mos ago, and have no complaints, but this place just feels like home . If I go to Albany again, I’ll def. choose here. The room was clean, and the mini fridge didn’t freeze everything, it worked properly. If I needed ANYTHING, they responded quickly.

Honestly, can’t think of anything.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. The location is great - easy to get anywhere in the capital area and near to restaurants, shopping and the airport. The staff are very nice and I like getting breakfast and a cup of tea before i head out in the morning.

The hotel is a little hard to find if it's your first time there.

Literally everything was great. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, reasonable price, very good breakfast, clean, convenient. The microwave and fridge were perfect great to have.

I prefer firmer pillows but there was nothing wrong with the pillows. Just my preference. There were several pillows on the bed, maybe if they were of varying firmnesses I would have found one I prefer.

Check in and out were smooth and quick. The room overall was very nice except for the items mentioned below. The entrance was inviting and we did not need to negotiate any stairs with our luggage.

The refrigerator was not very cold so we did not put left over food in it. The room coffee was not very good. And there was a rustiness in bottom of toilet.

Breakfast was great. The area was quiet and in close proximity to restaurants and shopping malls.

I did not get the room I booked for and was still charged the highre rate I paid. I am not sure how to contact booking.com to rectify this. I should certainly be charged less

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

We chose this hotel specifically for the free airport shuttle. Their service didn't start until 4:00 am which was too late for us to be there early enough for our 5:21 AM flight. Luckily we were able to make different arrangements. You should have in your information that the shuttle is NOT 24 hours.

Very convenient location. My flight landed late at night and I was able to pick up the rental car and get to the hotel very quickly. I've stayed here many times and the staff is always friendly. Breakfast is good and convenient.

There was a weird smell in my room, like it had been vacuumed with an old vacuum bag that needed to be changed.

Cleanliness

The front desk person after giving my name in my confirmation number she could not find it so she told me I was at the wrong place I went outside three different times because I could not get any service inside the hotel and quickly found out that she was incorrect and she found me after I went in the third time and told her that she should look for my name again and she said it was put in their backwards first name last last name first, after all that embarrassment in front of others I thought she did not do enough to correct the problem or to even care at that point. My stay was good I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and I would go stay there again hoping not to run into her again. She really didn't have any interest in helping me or looking for my name.

Location was excellent. The check was so efficient and pleasant especially since I arrived at 1:00 Am. I have check in with the same staff member before she is always pleasant and accommodating

The Check in experience, she was so courteous My room was spotless and very comfortable What I do not like is that the Hamptons price is much higher than booking.com so I am unable to get my Hilton members rewards
