I love the room set up, the place was very well put together. Wasn’t over the top in decor, very relaxed. I found plenty of room to put my stuff in and organized fashion. Honestly it would be perfect for a small studio apartment haha.

My only complaints are this; the mattress I had was not very good. I had to find the divot and curl up in that. The bedsheets were fine, I didn’t like how the comfort wasn’t in a closed sheet it was just open faced. I’m not sure if I had miss a note on this or not but there was no room service in the capacity of towels / trash / bed being changed every day.

Easy access and parking, updated and clean, nice staff and ease of access with everything, pet friendly and no issues with my service dogs like other hotels have done.

This was not the hotels fault but the room next to us had guests screaming, fighting, and throwing each other around which woke us up twice but the staff did address it the best they could very promptly. The beds and pillows were not great but for the price paid it was acceptable

I enjoyed the location, the cleanliness and that it has a kitchenette. Another great thing about this location is they have plates and bowls and utensils at the front desk that you can purchase as a package for a very reasonable price along with other food items. I requested a fan for the room which was provided and I have never slept so good in any motel as I did the night I stayed here

Great location for us we have a military member also we misplaced a set of airbuds and they found them and reached out to us and was able to retrieve them thank u thank u Close to restaurants comfortable clean and if we st add y more than 2 night's it will be great to have the amenities that is offered

We could not connect to Wifi and absolutely no luck with getting Cable or any streaming channels on in room TV. Be prepared to bring your passwords, if the only channels available to guests are streaming channels. Disappointed as we wanted to at least view highlights of Olympics Absolutely no cable channels available.

I liked the large refrigerator with a large container to keep the ice I brought with me frozen. I like the spaceousness of the room and bathroom

I didn't like the mattress--way too soft. I didn't like the covers. It was either too hot when used, or too cold when I tried to use just a sheet. I'm not a fan of those bedding combinations many motels use.

This was a great hotel in a good location. The staff member who checked me in was friendly. Rooms were clean.

My step dad was showering when he slipped and fell. The bathtub is very slippery. I almost fell as well while showering. I think they should put some grips in the bathtub so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The location is good if you have a car. Very close to the airport, though we didn't hear the planes Nice hairdryer as most the hairdryers at hotels are not capable of drying my hair.

The room has a kitchennet, but there's no plates or silverware. You have to buy disposable ones, though they provide pans at request.

Clean property

It was nice. Nothing to not like about the property. One thing I didn’t like was the customer service rep charged my card before I arrived and I notified them we were a late check in. I wanted to put the actual stay on our other card. That’s my only complaint.

I loved the location and property itself. Everything was modern and up to date. Close to a lot of eateries, shopping places, theater, and airport. The staff was super sweet, accommodating, and helpful. Would most certainly recommend and stay again.

There were stains on the shades of the window in the room.
