The apartment was lovely. It was more than I expected. Bed was nice and comfy. Really enjoyed the room. Shower was great, nice water pressure. Would stay here again

Have no problem giving bond for the room but should have been informed when first got the room that it could take up to 2 weeks before getting my bond back. Was told when checking out. I do not think that it is fair for your customers to wait that long to receive their money back when you expect us to pay you straight away. Maybe you could update that part.

Location, proximity to the subway/train station, proximity to the nearby walkable floor, a shopping mall, a "Dollar store" type store, a breakfast restaurant, and a yummy gluten-free pizza joint (Hells Pizza), and walkable to the northernmost pickup for the bus to Hobbiton (a must see if you ask me). The streets in the area were almost always deserted, which may be "normal", but was unusual for us. However, the surroundings seemed safe. The kitchen again was super small, but had a toaster, stove, refrigerator, and a dishwasher 'drawer'. Again, everything we needed.

While it had 2 bedrooms, it was very small, certainly by U.S. standards. The shower was more the size you'd see on a cruise ship, and the clothes washer, clothes dryer, toilet, sink, and shower were all in an efficient but small space. There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby on floor 5, apparently due to some guest shenanigans, but once the management became aware, they promptly took care of it. The 4/5 on Cleanliness and Facilities was due to the smell, which they addressed promptly once it was reported.

Close to all amenities and, the majority of the time, had a nice smell throughout the apartment complex. Comfy pillows and bedding were nice and clean. The non-stick frying pan and a good-sized fridge. The cleaning staff were very polite and accommodating to our needs.

The smell of cigarette smoke and we were on the tenth floor was really strong sometimes. The wifi connection was slow to non- existing. We had rooms on the tenth and twelfth floor, with the same issue. I guess also, the dripping from the air conditioning unit when it was annoying, especially at night, and sounded like a leaking tap.

The accommodation was a 2 bedroom very comfortable and clean apartment.. Although the lounge was slightly small it did not feel crowded as there was an additional room with table and chairs and 2 x balconies. The beds were comfortable. Bonus of a washing machine and dryer. There was a kitchenette with all the necessities. The bathroom was nice and large. It was conveniently located next to a shopping centre but still lovely and quiet. There was secure on-site parking. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was a quick drive to the airport. A great find and we highly recommend.

Everything was great.

Very clean and well equipped small studio with enclosed balcony. The bed is very comfortable. It has a small kitchen with full size small fridge, small dishwasher, pots and pan, Vittoria coffee maker, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. Quiet when the glass doors are shut. The staff were lovely! Very friendly and helpful. Great location next to Westfield shopping centre and close to the airport.

The studio is on the small side with the only comfy option to sit on the bed. But this is really not an issue for short stays.

Our 2nd or 3rd stay with Proximity over a number of years and they never disappoint. The three things we look for most, a strong shower, bright lighting and a comfortable bed was met in spades. We happily recommend Proximity and would stay again if and when we visit Auckland. You are located adjacent to Westfield Mall with great food places of all types and varieties. Buses to many places including the airport leave from the front of the mall and Manukau train station linking you to Auckland City is only about a 5 minutes walk away. Access to secured parking is both a must and a plus and worth the extra payment.

we only stayed overnight and the bed was comfortable The room was a bit small but it was ok because there was only 2 of us and it had everything that we needed There was also a washing machine and dryer inside the room and thats a bonus even thou we did not use it THere was also the cooking facility which we always like to use The location was good because you can just walk to the Westfield shopping Mall and other nearby shops THe view was ok because you can see the shopping mall and the moviie theatre etc

I wanted to ring the reception but did not know what no. to ring as there was nil instruction so i went all the way from 15th floor to the reception It was hard for my husband to work around with the TV etc so we needed assistance and he was good and we managed but our movie we watched on Netflix just died out....

Location was excellent for us being convenient for the airport and the main highway south. I liked the 3 balconies in the 2 bedroom apartment with great views from all of them. The main bedroom was spacious but the second bedroom a bit cramped. The apartment had everything we needed for kitchen and bathroom. Secure parking was very convenient.

A few stickers on the glass doors would have prevented one us adults from walking into it, thinking it was open and banging his head hard. Luckily the child did not run into it at full speed.

The apartment was smaller than expected. However, we were able to see past this as the view, location, and sunrise were just stunning! 15th floor meant we got a good view over Manukau city suburbs and further east. With Westfield at your doorstep, there was no need to use a car. Good value for money if you're staying short-term. Quite neighbors, too.

Overall, cleaning was good. There were a few dirty cotton buds down the side of the shower and vanity that had been missed. Lowlight - The corner shower is sooo T I N Y. Hubby felt like he had to wash in the pirouette position..

Plenty of room in the apartment so teenager had their own space and loved the 3 balcony areas. Also really appreciated the washer and dryer which meant we didn't take home a weeks dirty washing. Reception staff were friendly, welcoming and super helpful and cleaning staff do a fantastic job. 2 bedroom apartment, 10th floor, excellent views of Manukau Harbour and planes arriving and departing, 2 minute stroll to Westfield mall and 5 mins walk to Rainbows end. Perfect stop for a day or two.

Small shower box was the only thing that we didn't like.
