The food was good and the restaurant were setup really nice. I think most of all, I enjoyed the beach. The water was very blue and the sand & beach was clean

There were a lot of reel ins to set you up to buy extra things. They wouldn’t really let you walk away that easy and I just wanted to come and relax after paying for my stay. Also the spa is a bit pricey. I got confused with the price and ended up paying more than $600 for a couple spa/massage

Food selection was good, buffet open most days while there with a good selection of items and good quality. The Asian restaurant was good while the Mediterranean grill was great with really good service too. Bar staff were generally good fun and chatty.

Check in process was poor, we weren't given a welcome drink like others, made sit in a separate area while the staff checked us in and then weren't given a tour of the ground floor area like others. Overall we were left to our own devices after being told where the lift was, while others were shown around. The waiter in the Italian restaurant seemed like he was out of his depth and didn't really care by the looks of it. Food in the Italian was so so.

We loved the hotel facilities. The gym was excellent and has a great view while you worked out!. The room was fabulous, very spacious with an amazing view (we had the corner ocean view suite. The choice of dining options was wonderful. Entertainment varied each night. The service in the executive lounge certainly made us feel special. It was well worth the extra money spent to access the level of treatment. The service from all staff was exceptional.

Obviously, it would have been wonderful to stay longer! The only disappointing thing, as with a large number of hotels we have found in Mexico, the drain in the shower did not drain well and emitted a bad smell intermittently.

The staff is amazing and very helpful, lovely breakfast and buffet - very homely feeling throughout our stay. strongly recommend A lot of good restaurants and the pool is awesome

Top notch resort. Service was impeccable, rooms spacious, furnishings new and fresh, always chairs at pool, and great food! I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

The beach

The entertainment, the food. Massages, attention Entertainment was superb. Awsome staff all around. Berenice was amazing. Manuel from the romantic dimmer was amazing. Waitres Manuel and Juan at the beach made a difference. The spa is 100% recommended. Amazing attention and massague received from Lorena..and also how to forget the great attention of Israel at the spa. Great Crew. My favorite person was the MESERO l, his name is Emilio. Unbelievable how he would remember our names for the 10 days of the stay. Thanks. Please just work harder on keeping pests (roaches) away It was disgusting and a turn off.

The beach there were roaches In the room. I called the room service and they came.and picked the dead roaches. After that day my perception changed completely. Yuck!!! Thanks God it was the day before we left that we saw the 2 roaches. The beach is also very small for that huge hotel. Very limited if you like to walk or run for long distance at the beach.

From the moment I’ve arrived, the hospitality was beyond my expectations. I was greeted and my belongings were brought to my room. i literally didn’t have to lift a finger when it came to my luggage. they valet parked my car. The room was very cozy. I love how every room has a balcony and overlooks the ocean. They have two pools. there’s a main big one, and then a smaller one ( i used the smaller one for my son) & they have a well designed kids water park. it was sooooo much fun. they have many varieties of food and i never reserved any restaurants. i can walk in and still was able to be seated and served. times i didn’t feel like dining in room service was so quick. under 30mins!!!!! this is a very relaxing hotel. very calm quiet away from all the noise. the spa was 10/10. overall i enjoyed my stay and i would love to come back.

Modern, well organised , good selection of bars, cafes, restaurants. Good large swimming pool where one always can find a place.

The beach is poor. No space to swim, both water and beach full of algas, and doesn’t seem they try to clean.

The options for dinner. Being able to just go and not having to make reservations. We did the romantic dinner for 2 it was over the top the service Joel Martinez gave was excellent! I will make sure we always do that when we come to that resort. Really enjoyed not having to swim with the kiddos rooftop pool was everything. Lastly the spa was heaven, the hydro therapy to the massage was just what I needed. Very professional from the check in to our exit.

The entertainment need more activities throughout the day and night. The adult pool on rooftop need more of an adult feel like the music was more instrumental the regular pool had better music than the adult pool.

Great location away from hotel zone. Serene setting. Superb staff and facilities. All inclusive. Preferred club amazing. Clean rooms with comfy beds. Option for in room pool. Nice shower and amenities. Everything on site: activities, food, shopping, beach, large public pool. No need to go outside.
