We had a very nice stay as a family for 2 nights. The room was spacious, clean, renovated, and comfortable, with everything you might need. The staff was really friendly, and the location is perfect if you want to visit Boston’s downtown (about 20 minutes by car). There are markets and restaurants nearby, though the cost of living is higher compared to Canada. A good breakfast was included, which saves you at least $15 per person. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come again. Thank you to the staff!

It was -20 degrees during our stay, and although the heater worked well, it was quite noisy at night.

The room was spacious and there were lots of places to store unpacked items. The blinds kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was well stocked. There were ample choices at breakfast and the staff made sure to renew selections when they ran out.

The only issue I can think of is that there was only one elevator and it moved slowly. It’s not a dealbreaker.

Rooms were very clean and very well maintained as well as attractive.

Our mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The next morning we asked for a room change and the staff was super responsive and we had a new room with a much better mattress in no time!

Staff at front desk was rude when asked for paper plates. Staff at kitchen was rude to another guest when she was about to eat said that breakfast will open at 6:30am . Although the food was ready and can be eaten.

Quiet room, good breakfast area, large tv, great stairwells and access to parking lots, rooms were in good condition as if recently remodeled

See-thru Glass door for bathroom, constant leak of bathtub faucet, poor lighting in parking lot, coffee was bad, very slow elevator, cold decaf coffee, typical bad hotel food

Breakfast was wonderful and so very nice. Clean and perfect location. Handicap room was perfect. Accessible for my needs and staff was very pleasant.

The breakfast sausage was not good. I thought it was something else. Availability of food was good but, could be warmer.

Location to my need was great! However, Winter Street was really a mess. I am sure it will be better when construction is complete. Loved the room, it was elegant and clean and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Could not have breakfast because of early appointment at Mass General, but it smelled great.

The Hotel has no control of the noise of the constant traffic on Rte. 128.

The hotel was clean and quiet in a good location. Rooms were modern and updated, and spacious.

I think what could really upgrade this already nice hotel would be a pool and possibly a restaurant attached. However, there is a tavern in the Best Western Plus across the street in walking distance from the Holiday Inn.

Bedroom and bathroom very clean, always my main concern. Bed and pillows very comfortable. No incidentals fee - yay! Can't comment on breakfast as I didn't have any. Everything in the room worked as it was supposed to. Rooms are a little dated, but kept up nicely, and feel I got a good deal during foliage season, as this facility charged $89.00 less per night than a comparable hotel in the same area. Plenty of free parking.

All good. But was provided with smoking room even though I was with young kids and informed while booking. Selected non smoking as while booking. Later staff changed it but had to move bags and resettle after long drive and tiring day.

Breakfast was mainly focused for non veg. Only Pancakes were available with long waiting line and slow machine with small pancakes. Waffle maker addition will be good.
