For the price it was excellent value. While the property is a little run down it’s clear they’re renovating and new air conditioning and painting was being done while I was there. The staff were incredibly helpful and I found the manager Katie to be very attentive and friendly.

There’s not a lot in the area by way of restaurants or supermarkets, the kitchen supplies are sparse and as a smoker a covered area with a bench would be very welcome as there were a number of smokers staying there. Also the Wi-Fi that I paid to have higher speed wasn’t great and my partner was working from the property so it wasn’t ideal for him.

I liked the room in general. It’s nice, clean and spacious. The bathroom is also really nice.

I didn’t like the checkout time, my husband and I arrived later than expected to check in and we were really exhausted from the trip so someone came at our room exactly 11am and it was really annoying and rude because we would have liked to be considered as we arrived so late and needed some time to gather our bags and check out so that was a negative for us.

The only food available was one chocolate muffin or dry packets of oatmeal. No juice, fruit, bread, etc. No coffee maker or coffee is provided in room. No dishes or pots and pans. Not even a stopper for the sink. They cost more. Slow internet is free and sufficient for web access. To stream costs additional $$.

Front Desk person was awesome. Saw someone tired after a long drive and could not be more pleasant than she was. 5 Stars for her.

Was a bit disappointed in the room. The bath tub needed some updating (caulking needed some work). The kitchen area needed to be wiped down a bit better (seats has something spilled at one time and needed to be wiped clearly.

Perfect location clean

Need another person at the front desk. No one was there sometimes. Helping a customer in their room had to wait a half hour at the front desk

Nice TV screen and it worked well,

Breakfast commons area was not being cleaned, trash overflowing, counter messy, breakfast was low end continental. Did not get any room service for the three days that I stayed, the frigerater was loud and rusted on the outside, laminate floor had stains.

I like the functional room which was fully equipped with essentials. It was nice to have a Grab and Go breakfast.

An electric tea kettle could be included in room. Fresh sandwiches could be added to the breakfast spread.

The room was clean. The hotel was very nice.

They only houseclean if you stay over 7 days. If you ask for housecleaning before 7 days; there is a charge.

ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN

THE FACT THAT I CHECKED OUT AT 7 AM AND SOON AFTER MY TRAVEL AGENT SAID WOULD BE COMING AT 11 AM. I REQUESTED TO GO BACK TO THE ROOM AND WAS DENIED.
