I appreciated the ice trays provided where machines weren’t an option, free parking spots and WiFi, there was a Laundry Room available to use for longer stays and Conference Room. The closet w/ shelving was a great size, along with the bureaus and storage space, the moveable side tables were clutch, the TV was nice and on a swivel. The Kitchenette was great, comfy sleeping. Despite staying during Veteran’s Day weekend with many families present, it was not loud nor disruptive. I really, really appreciated the customer service, direct and pleasant problem-solving, and thorough assurance from Antoinette during our stay. She was the absolute best, and part of the reason why we booked another night. She was also incredibly knowledgeable on the booking process, and a joy to be around. We both felt cared for, and it made an immense difference on the reservation given the few shortcomings for the hotel location. On paper, this location didn’t have the amenities advertised. The Gym had 1 working machine. Our room was clean but there were ring-stains from cups before our stay, the Kitchenette didn’t have any cups/utensils/soap/plates despite having a dishwasher so separate trip to ask, but that might have been due to housekeeping staffing issue. Ultimately the room was ready upon check-in, clean, comfy, heat/AC worked well. The shower plug kept getting stuck so it would flood during, but it wasn’t too problematic. Breakfast was not as advertised.

Our room was clean and spacious with a long sink counter for placing my toiletry items. Our room was a studio with a couch, desk/chair and a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, and sink.

The refrigerator was loud and woke me up during the night. Also, the breakfast consisted of coffee, packaged muffins, and hot water for Quaker Oats packages. We expected a better breakfast from a chain Hotel.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable too, the room had a kitchenet which was very nice but, there were no utensils, plates, cups, silverware etc. The hallways and the reception area were not very clean which was disappointing, while on the way to the bedroom it didn't give us the best impression although once we arrive to the suit we were pleased to see how clean it was, not fancy but for the price it was a great place to stay.

We didn't like that the kitchen had no utensils... not sure if it was going to be an upgrade if you requested them.. there were not notes wheatear you had to ask for them or not... We were there for only on night so it was not a big deal but if you wanted to make coffee or tea, there were no supplies at all.

They must check the electronics before sending the guest to the room. Plus, they must mention that, in the breakfast, they will only provide muffins and coffee. Must have someone to collect the garbage from the room.

Convenient to the exhibition in the Westin Hotel next door, at a small fraction of the price. Room was large, comfortable and clean. WiFi was easy to use and fast.

When I came down for breakfast 15 minutes after starting time, there was no milk or powdered creamer for my coffee - only heavily sweetened flavored whitener. There was no spoon for the oatmeal. A very minimal breakfast and not fully in place on time. No Ice machine.

Location and that it finally got resolved but not until a supervisor of one of the buildings got involved.

Confusion on the building and the time waiting to find my building with the guy talking like he couldn't help me.

Friendly staff and better than average motels

The breakfast was the same for every day and the carpet in our room had a terrible odor.

My final printed Bill was for $697.31 but my charge showing on credit card is $918.21 so I wonder why the discrepancy

The studios is perfect for little getaways me and my girlfriend love to do it from time to time.

You guys need pool and American breakfast.. because cooking in the room is impossible without the fire alarm go off over some bacon lol.
