Bathtub in the honeymoon suite is an absolute dream! The room was huge and spotless, very quiet and with a nice view. Breakfast nice and varied, staff very friendly, location close to town center (<10 minute walk), plenty of parking, spa facilities were very nice and relaxing.

Biggest problem is the bed - mattress could really do with updating. Also there are no accessible power outlets close to the bed, which is a bit annoying. Other than that, Gym is bleak and outdated and dinner does not include drinks. I mean I don't expect it to include cocktails or anything fancy, but water...? These are small nitpicky details, we still had an amazing and relaxing stay :)

Comfortable rooms, lovely view to the mountains and great breakfast! Good service and minibus to the gondola. All in all very nice hotel.

The only disappointment was the noise and misbehaving of the clients in the spa. Noisy group of guys, coming in and out of the sauna and leaving the doors open, jumping in the pool and shouting. A woman smoking electronic cigarette in the jacuzzi. A lot of water on the floor. I found it strange that the staff did absolutely nothing although they have seen all the mess.

Our visit was more than wonderful! We were extremely pleased with everything – from the warm welcome to the smallest details. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and offer an incredible view of the mountains. We were especially impressed by the attention to cleanliness. The spa center was a true paradise – a variety of saunas, steam baths, and both indoor and outdoor heated pools. The staff was friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. The breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations – a rich menu and fresh, delicious food. The location is also fantastic – a quiet and peaceful area, yet conveniently close to the center of Bansko and the ski lifts.

We were a family of 4 over 2 rooms and room service watched as we carried a table through from one bedroom to the next and then arranged everything. Didn’t offer to hold the door open. Would have helped if they could leave the trolley with you

The breakfast was excellent with lots of options, the staff were all really welcoming and friendly, the were rooms clean…and warm! The hotel shuttle bus to the gondola was excellent and left from the hotel every 15 minutes (3 minute drive). We hired our ski’s, poles and boots from the hotel ski rental and Vic was outstanding! He was knowledgable, friendly, organised and patient with us (as a group of 11). We hired our ski pass directly from the Gondola office and the VIP pass was not required when skiing in Jan, although we were told it gets a lot busier getting into Feb.

The only comment we had was the last shuttle bus from the gondola to the hotel could have been later than 5pm for those wanting to have a drink after a long day of skiing, although there were plenty of taxis waiting and only 15lev back to the hotel.

The staff were all extremely polite and very service-oriented. I especially loved the breakfast (very varied and offers food for every mood), and the hotel's restaurant. We ate dinner and lunch there and it was extraordinary! Very very fresh food, very tasty and not so pricy. If I may, I would like to suggest adding pizza to the menu :) Also, it would be amazing if breakfast had bannitsa in the options of pastries, since we could barely find one in Bansko.

I loved everything! The only thing that people should know is that the hotel is a bit far from the center. But having a car or walking around 25-30 minutes was fine for us.

Large parking lot in front of the hotel. Indoor facilities are well maintained. The restaurant - Amvrosia - serves variety of food very well prepared. There is an outdoor pool with nice bar. Personnel is polite and helpful. There is a ATM in the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and offering everything you need. Toiletaries provided by the hotel were high quality. There is an SPA on site with great massages. The masseur is quite professional with adaptive technique. Internet provided was good quality.

Everything was OK. No complaints. This hotel is a nice place to bring your kids and family. Offers more than other hotels with the same star ratting in the area.

Breakfast was really good. The front desk people were very nice and accommodating. Excellent customer service. The spa was just OK. We ended up getting a massage- not a very good one, but this is a personal preference. May be in season they will have more people working, and it would be better.

The only negative was that in the first room had air conditioning that was not working. A technician was sent, but it was not fixed. We were moved to a different room, 3 hours later and everything was good there. If the air conditioning was turned on couple of hours before checking in to make sure the room was cooled, this could have been prevented. The temperature was 40C that day.

Still a good value for the money, even it is obviously it is an old hotel. They pay a lot of attention to the common areas, restaurant, pool, main lobby. Standard breakfast, more variated during the weekend , when the hotel was more crowded. We had a large room, with separate bedroom, they changed the sheets once for a 3 nights room and the towels twice.

The main impression for the room, corridors, elevator and even de spa is dark. Low lights everywhere. I booked a facial massage and when I entered into the room, I hardly saw the bed. Even the room furniture it is as you expected, it is very obviously how old it is. There are areas in the room and bathroom where they need to renovate asap.

The staff were terrible the reception staff were not very welcoming and everything was an effort and they were always on their mobile phones. The worst part was the morning breakfast where an extremely rude head lady was in charge of checking guests had the right foot wear. You can wear boots, ice skates and roller boots but if you dare to try and eat your breakfast in your Crocks you'll be sent right back to your room to change.
