PRO * location - taking a path through the woods to the ski road you can reach the gondola in 5’ * breakfast - nice breakfast (starting 8:00 even if it is not quite fortunate since the gondola opens at 8:30); * rooms - bedroom with really comfortable bed, but it was creaking; * kitchen well equipped;

CONS * spa - really basic (two saunas: one wet, one dry) + jacuzzi; * temperature in the rooms is controlled from the reception; * if you stay in predela lux you have to pass through a hall (temperature close to the outside temp, not ok when you return from the spa); * joinery in the bedroom was not “sealed” - near the windows it was very cold;

I liked that they have a very big garden where children can play a lot, green space and everything is clean, playground for children and trampoline and the room looks very good.

I was not happy that I could not use the pool and the SPA area because it was under complete reconstruction, even though they mentioned that the pool can be used starting from July 1st and from the looks of the works, it certainly won't be open at the end of July either. ready. Also, the walls between the rooms/apartments are very thin and we had the misfortune of staying next to another apartment with a family that made a lot of noise every evening after 11:00 p.m., which did not let us rest. There is no air conditioning and overnight the room is very hot.

The hotel has two buildings: Predela 2 (the old one) and Predela Lux (the new one). We stayed in the luxury apartment in a 2 bedroom apartment. The room was comfortable, clean, warm. In the room there is a kitchen equipped with folding, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and enough dishes for the capacity of the apartment. The spa area is relatively small for the entire capacity and is located in Predela 2, the access being made through a hall that connects the two buildings. Friendly staff, especially the booking lady who did her best to help us with a larger apartment than we had originally booked. She stayed with us on the phone long after she finished her program and resolved the situation.

The apartment was amazing and exceeded what we expected. Very good size and very comfortable. We went for the breakfast and dinner option and did not regret it. The people at the restaurant and especially the man responsible was very helpfull and accommodating. The food quality is great and we did not even want to bother to leave the hotel. Everyone was very helpful and it will be our choice again. Its is located very close to the gondola and you do not need to take your car. You walk 3 minutes from the hotel with your skis and boots and ski down the path all the way to the gondola. I would definitely recommend it!

The size of the apartment has exceeded our expectations and the 2 bathrooms. The yard and the playground were awesome. There is a lot of parking space.

The swimming pool is not too big for the size of the hotel - usually overcrowded. If I book a room again, I'll do it without breakfast included - there are enough cafes in the town with much higher quality of the food and the coffee. I had to ventilate the apartment after opening the dishwasher - the smell suggested that it was not used and opened for quite some time. The checkout process was the receptionist saying "good bye" while talking with someone on the phone and ordering yogurt and other groceries for lunch. You know - the small details for such a nice hotel... I can easily bypass the drawbacks I've described and just enjoy everything else, so the hotel is still in my go to list.

Overall, a great experience! A big apartment, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen, refrigerator, 2 TVs, tables for eating and spending time. Perfect for a family of 4, or 2 couples. Great value for money! The pool and jacuzzi were a great bonus. Just be careful: the temperature is controlled from the reception. You have to go there and tell them what temperature you want. Around 15 minutes walking distance from the gondola.

There is a dark street leading to the complex, but you can turn left earlier (coming from the center) amd that street is less creepy.

Our stay was during the peak summer month of August. Initially, we had concerns about the absence of air conditioners, given the heat. However, to our pleasant surprise, the mountainous evenings were refreshingly cool, and we even found ourselves reaching for blankets at night. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, we opted for the two-bedroom layout. For families with children planning a visit to Bansko in the summer, especially with hiking in the mountains, this hotel comes highly recommended.

Second bedroom had a small bed. It advertised as two bedrooms have large double beds… which is not true… it was not big enough for our two boys to share and my little son had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Spa area is good, but not looked well after… showers in ladies changing rooms had very bed smell. The floor around the pool becomes very slippery and dangerous… my 7 year old had a very nasty fall.

I really liked the hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel itself was beautifully decorated and in a modern style, rooms were warm, clean and comfortable. No smoke smells. Small spa area was really good - two saunas worked perfectly, water in the two pools was in good temperature and clean. Also overall spa area was clean and comfortable and added a great value after a long day at the slopes. Breakfast was basic (ham, cheese, yoghurt, vegetables, eggs, omlette, sausages, pancakes, cakes, fruit, muesli and cereals, coffee, tea), but all essentials were at place so we didn't get bored in a week. Hotel has a room for ski equipment storage. Location - approx 10 minutes walk from the centre and Gondola but only 3 minutes walk to the slope, so you could easily just take your skis/snowboard and ski to the Gondola.

Apartment doors weren't noise-proof, so in the night you could here the neighbours if they are leaving/arriving with luggage.

The apartment was quite pleasant and rather clean, although not without any remarks. The sofa and the beds were quite comfortable. Wi-fi was free and of good quality. Staff was nice.

Our apartment did not have air conditioning, just heating for the cold seasons. The offering doesn’t say it has air conditioning, so there’s nothing misleading (!). I must say though that I’m honestly not used to searching for the air-conditioning option in Bulgaria as here practically every decent place to stay does have air conditioning. It’s my mistake I hadn’t checked it but it felt like an unpleasant surprise. So, if air conditioning is important for your trip, this may not be the right place for you. Pillows had an unpleasant smell from previous guests and there was dust on the night lamp. Breakfast was good enough for us but I found it overpriced.
