Ski in/out - great location. Delicious buffet breakfasts (homemade Bircher muesli, fruit, fresh croissants, eggs, bacon. Something for everyone). Free hot drinks in a great lounge area with tables and seating and an “honesty” bar. Plus a fridge for guests to use. A huge heated boot room. We loved the spa after skiing!

No restaurant on site so you have to eat out every night.

Great location, breakfast, room with a view of the mountain, layout- ski equipment room at the back that leads directly to the snow. The honesty kitchenette was great if you wanted a late night drink with friends. Shower was hot with great pressure. Spa, sauna and steam room downstairs. Pick up and drop off to the car park. Organised guest pass for car park discount.

This is not a criticism but there is no restaurant if someone wants this but there are lots of restaurants on your door step.

Perfect location, literally ski-in/out! Great facilities: 24hr lounge bar (with free coffee/tea and cousant/biscuits, or payable wines and snacks), ski storage, spa/sauna/jaccuzi! Comfy bed. Proper breakfast.

The pillows were too soft to sleep well…. I don’t think the towels were changed during housekeeping.

Really friendly staff who made us feel right at home, loved the breakfast, overall very cosy place and would definitely stay again in the future!

Nothing! Honestly, everything exceeded our expectations, including the spa which was very nice.

Comfortable room with magnificent view of the mountains from the balcony. Big bathroom with good shower. Good breakfast and exceptional catering staff.

The desk is not often manned, but there is a phone available to call reception who comes in 5 minutes.

The toilets in the king deluxe room have no door or wall. While it’s one thing to have an open shower, the toilet should be ideally behind a wall or door. else it’s rather awkward

We got an amazing room with a balcony with great views over the glacier and by the river. The room was clean, confortable and with all the necessary amenities. The spa was not crowded (max 6 people) and it was comfortable, but it is a bit small. We really appreciated the service and free hot beverages. It is located at the far end of the village but the hotel electric car can give you a ride from the bus station. Buffet breakfast was varied and generous.

Everything was great. We stayed there in the summer of 2021 so we would expect the facilities to be more crowded in the winter.

We got an upgrade to the deluxe king room which was very beautiful for our honeymoon!! it had everything we needed and we always had the spa area for ourselves. wonderful breakfast buffet.
