I have been to this property before and LOVED it. This time around was AMAZING TOO!!! However, they charged me to get into the room early (it was available early) and the Jacuzzi was not working. We called and they said someone would be over to adjust the temp. never showed up and was not fixed. Other customers were bummed the jacuzzi was not working. They turned it down earlier in the week because of customer complaining of it being too hot. Uh, it's a HOT TUB!! Anyways, everything else was GREAT. I feel we should get our $25 back from checking in early to make up for the JACUZZI not being addressed like they said it would. Great place to stay, very tropical. WE LOVE IT!!!!! And will go back next year.

JACUZZI NOT WORKING!!!!!!

Very nicely decorated and clean. Pool was small but nice. Was great that they have pool toys although they really need to spend a few bucks and buy some new noodles. They were a mess. Also was great to have beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrellas.

The bath towels were hard as rocks. They should go to the dollar store and buy a few spatulas and spoons because while they had pans there were very few utensils. Having a few plastic cups would have also been very much appreciated

This property was well-kept, the room was clean and comfortable and they offer beach chairs and towels. It was nice to have a kitchen, and microwave. The location is close to the beautiful beach and not terribly crowded this time of year. I always got a prompt answer to my questions.

The wicker furniture in the bedroom is a little roughed up and used looking, but very functional.

Location was fantastic. Literally a 5 minute walk from door to shore if that (10 minutes with kids 🤣) ; off the main drag in a quiet street. Facilities were super clean, towels galore, and lots of pool toys, beach toys, and each unit came with a beach wagon, umbrellas and chairs. We literally had to bring nothing. Though there was no staff on site, they were reachable via text or phone and were very responsive. Additionally, the pool was super warm!!!

A lovely little home away from home. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and wonderful beds. The pool and Jacuzzi area was a private oasis, and 5 minute walk to the astonishingly beautiful beach cannot be beat!

Though we truly appreciated the cleanliness of our rooms, the smell of deodorizer/disinfectant was very strong upon arrival. We opened doors and windows for a bit, and it solved the issue.

Everything you need is here for a great beach stay. Kitchen items, bathing, each cart and toys, you’re own private pool. I especially liked the larger living space so that my family of 4 had room to play/relax while not being on top of each other like other places we’ve stayed near by.

No complaints about anything besides the upstairs being very loud when trying to sleep. Not sure if it was a family leaving or the cleaning lady but it was early and made it hard to sleep from what sounded like running and jumping.

The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach as well as to town. The pool was fabulous, very clean and the temperature was perfect. The landscaping was beautiful. It felt like an oasis. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The hot tub was only heated at certain times. I would've liked to be in it more often. The pull out sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom fan wasn't working and the ice maker was very slow

My family of 6 fit perfectly in 223. it was stocked with everything we could need! Even beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon, and cooler! This is only a minute or two walk from the beach. The trolley picks up at the end of the block. The pool was a perfect end to every day! I can’t say enough about this place! It’s a steal!

The parking was tight with two large vehicles between us and our neighbors but we made it work, not a big deal at all!

This property is very well-maintained. Also location is spectacular. We enjoyed the screened in front porch and huge kitchen. Absolutely everything we needed was there, the beach cart, umbrellas and chairs were exactly what we wanted for the beach.

The water wasn’t working for the foot wash or pool shower after 1 day. Lots of people on the beach and the pool was crowded day 2. NONE of these have anything to do with the property though.

The location was awesome. It is about 200ft to the beach access area. The place offers beach chairs and and an umbrella, also a beach wagon to bring everything you need down to the beach easily. Screened in porch was a great place to hang out.

The pool was clean but it was heated to high. The beach water was 82 the pool water had to be over 90deg. It just wasn't refreshing. Good thing it was really close to the beach.
