Superb location, just a few steps away from the Point of the Rocks beach, close to the Toasted Mango breakfast café, and to the shops and restaurants (Captain Curt's and others). The accommodation is in a nice set of bungalows arranged into a U-shape, with a swimming pool in the center of the "U". There is a outside table for each room.

My husband and I liked everything. Our personal courtyard out front our front door was so nice, our room, kitchenette and bathroom were all spotless, and we found it to be a perfect spot for our 25th wedding anniversary!

The air conditioner fan blasted cold air from his event above the TV screen that was so strong it bounced off the wall and hit me in the face if I was facing the wall in bed. The other thing was the pool light turned into a strobe light and would rapidly flash off. We didn't have a problem with the sun coming in our room but some people might want room darkening curtains.

Perfect location, really nice pool, clean and comfortable room. Lots of towels for bathing and for pool. Provide chairs and wagon and cooler. Short walk to the beach and to the trolley. Really nice touches. Even the pull out sofa was comfy according to the kids! Thicker mattress on it :)

Check in could be an hour earlier and check out could be an hour later for the cost for one night. Also there was a blinking strobe like light in the pool that was flashing directly in our bedroom window all night. We went outside and it was a broken light under water in the pool. Not a huge deal for us and I’m sure it’ll be fixed.

This location was really close to the beach. Plus they made it easy. They had a Beach Wagon, some folding beach chairs, and a cooler for your use. This made it wonderful not to worry and fight about what to take or not take to the beach. The whole point of this trip for me was just to get some warm Florida sun and the Twin Palms at Siesta Keys made it easy to accomplish.

The bathroom is a bit small. My wife was a bit miffed that she didn't have anywhere to put her make up on the counter around the mirror/sink area. The only other thing that was odd was that the pool area was open to the road. I mean it is a U-shape courtyard. The road didn't have a lot of traffic going past the hotel .. but just didn't feel as private to use the pool...even though the beach was our main focal point.

It was tastefully decorated; very clean and comfortable. They provided “extras” like free use of beach wagon, cooler, beach chairs, + beach towels. The lid was broken on our coffee maker and within 20 minutes of calling about it, she arrived with a brand new one. The beach was an easy walk of .2 miles. We would like to go back to Twin Palms in a couple months for another get away.

Nice location just a short walk to the beach. Pool and landscaping were well-maintained. Beach wagon with two chairs, an umbrella, and cooler were provided. Room was very clean and comfortable. Outdoor gas grill was clean and convenient. Kitchen included a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee-maker, toaster, etc. Outside private patio had a table with 4 chairs and an umbrella...great for enjoying happy hour or a meal. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Hotel manager stopped by twice to be sure that all was good. Check-in and check-out were easy.

The neighborhood, while mainly vacation rentals, was peaceful and quiet. The little studio was perfect for my husband and me, small but not cramped. Public beach access was about a 3 minute walk from our front door. The wagon, cooler, and beach chairs provided for our use while there was such a gem. Gisela does an incredible job of keeping everything neat and orderly. The room was so clean and welcoming. The pool was also great. There isn't anything we didn't like.

I have nothing negative to say about Twin Palms.

Your check-in process was nice and easy, the location to the beach was exceptional, we enjoyed visiting the village and really loved Ophelias! The unit was perfect - clean and plenty of room. The kitchenette was very useful as well as having two bathrooms. Providing beach chairs and wagon was PERFECT! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our stay a true pleasure!

The only negative was the guests that arrived on Saturday 8th in unit 5 - - they were extremely loud - - music and yelling until 10:00 pm. We asked them nicely several times to be considerate of the other families in the complex. It appeared they were hosting extended family at the pool and were very rude and inconsiderate. But other than some rude neighbors on our last night the stay was fabulous!

This was our 2nd time staying at Twin Palms. Beautiful grounds, wonderful pool and amenities, great location, quiet neighborhood. Well appointed room with plenty of space to spread out. Great shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Twin Palms is our first choice for a Siesta Key vacation.

The mattress was very squishy, made it difficult to get to sleep, and sleep soundly. We did not have this problem during a previous stay in a different room.

Location was perfect. The beach was so close access to stores and restaurants was easy and close having the trolley and the Frog Hop was most helpful. The room decor was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing and modern. The kitchenette was very nice as well the wagon that’s left for you with a cooler and chairs access to the ice machine was perfect for the beach. staff was most helpful. Have to give a shout out to Jenna, who was wonderful. also, the swimming pool was lovely and the surrounding palm trees and vegetation not only provided privacy for your own little patio, but was very beautiful.

there was nothing we didn’t like.
