The location is great, just few minutes from the main station and a Carrefour supermarket. My room was clean and cosy, towels were changed every day. That's more, the staff even changed used tea cups and refilled coffee capsules for the coffee machine, which is in the hall :-) Also there were no problems with hot water in the bathroom, thought the waterflow was somehow uneven. The owner Giovanna allowed me to check-in earlier then I had expected and was friendly and nice.

The only thing is that the owner didn't receive my SMS with the arrival time (I suppose, it might have been blocked as spam because l'm a non-EU citizen) and didn't see my messages on Booking.com, thought I had sent even two. Later I noticed that Giovanna had tried to contact me on WhatsApp, but I rarely use this messenger. So I'd advice that future guests checked WhatsApp before arrival.

Accommodation in a shared appartment on a ground floor in a building located super close to the train station so perfect for discovering Cinque Terre without car and also very close to the city centre! Bathroom clean, double bed was very comfortable, heating available, friendly staff.

A bit dark as the window goes into a yard of the building, breakfast super basic and self prepared, but therefore kettle in the room available.

Excellent location (3 min to the city center and 5 min to the train station to visit Cinque Terre by walk). The paid parking house is 30m from appartments, the fee is 20€/car/night.

Poor wi-fi in some rooms. Rooms on the ground floor in an urban area - a bit dark and without sun. If the window is open - noise and mosquitoes.

It’s nice, clean, comfortable and really close to everything: a few minutes walk from the central train station going to Cinque Terre, and a nice easy walk to the city center and harbour. Giovanna, the host, was so easy to communicate and was there all the way to greet us and to give very useful information.

The location was excellent, only a 5 minute walk to the station for travel to Cinque Terre. Clean and comfortable room with everything you could need. The host was extremely friendly and gave us great recommendations on what to do while staying. Can't recommend enough.

The location was a convenient 5-minute walk from Le Spezia Centrale station. It is a cute private place with 5 rooms located on the ground level with secure doors to get to it. The host Giovanna was very pleasant and warm, and shared good information about La Spezia and Cinque Terre. We spent most of our time in Cinque Terre and used the resort mainly to sleep overnight. The rooms were clean and spacious and welcoming.

Very nice place. Perfect for visiting the Cinque Terre. Giovanna responded almost instantly when we needed her. Tip for next guests: Don't forget to send a message with 30 min before your arrival. This way, the host can be there exactly when you arrive. Otherwise, you have to wait (like us).

The location is great - the train station, pedestrian areas, castle. Despite the proximity to the railway the apartment was quiet enough. Internet connection is strong and fast.

The refrigerator was very noisy and small. The trash from the bathroom was not taken out while cleaning room.

It was such a lovely hotel! It was in a great location near la spezia centrale station so it was easy to get to cinque terre. The room stayed very cool all day, was quiet at night and the beds were very comfy. The staff were so nice and there was a little coffee machine to use in the lobby.

Location is perfect ! Parking provided by the owner is located 20 meters from the hotel and you can drive in and out at any time convenient for you!
