The bathroom barn door did not provide enough privacy

The location was great! It was close to shops & restaurants, yet far enough off the street that it was nice & quiet. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable & thoughtfully planned, with wonderful attention to detail. Even the color scheme seemed to be designed for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious, & more than the standard pastries. The dining area was spacious & comfortable. All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've had the pleasure to visit!

We have no complaints! We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The free breakfast was the BEST BREAKFAST we’ve ever had in any similar hotel. The staff thought of everything you would need or want! They were also friendly and helpful. The bathrooms had nice soap dispensers (attached to the wall), not the cheap slimy bar soap most hotels at this price range have. They also had body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. There were wall hooks in all the right places and plenty of room to place suitcases and bags. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The room was also very clean! We would definitely stay here again when traveling to the area. Thank you for a wonderful visit!!

Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Important for us to be able to eat right in the hotel, first thing in the morning.

Refill the hand cleaner dispensers? (Not really a big deal.)

Location was great. Walking distance to various places to eat. Hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable. Rooms had both a mini fridge and microwave. Fitness center was great and the breakfast was awesome. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Just to be picky, pillows were a little flat. (But hotel pillows are never great.) Just had to stack a couple of them together to my comfort.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Property was exceptionally clean. The first suite had a slight plumbing issue, and we were given another suite to stay in the remainder of the trip within 10 minutes. The free breakfast was great and had ton of variety as well.

Place looked like it was newly constructed and I was well greeted upon my arrival.

Although there were a larger selection of breakfast items. the hot items were over cooked and some of the pastries had mold. This makes me question the staff's commitment.

- Hotel very new and very convenient, close to action but also quiet and spacious with plenty of parking - Opposite of a shopping plaza with good restaurants like Panera Bread, Chipotle, and Walgreens, etc. - Extremely nice and helpful staff (Noel) helped us exchange quarters for the washer/dryer, AND helped changed back to one-dollar bills when we don't need the extra quarters :-). He always went out of his way to make their guests' stays more pleasant. - Hotel is very clean and well kept. They also do daily cleaning (not like some of other hotel chains).

Wifi could be a little better

The property is beautiful very up-to-date. Brova a washer and dryer. A Keurig available for coffee all day. Centrally located to many restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the hotel.

Cleanliness of the room.

I called the front desk the day of checkout at 11:45 am to ask for 15 mins extra past standard checkout at noon because I wasn't feeling well (felt dizzy)and the front desk clerk said it was okay. Then he called me 20 mins later which was 12:10 asking when was I leaving. I was highly offended. I reminded him that I asked for an additional 15 mins which he agreed to. I brought it up again upon checkout and told him that my stay was great until he called asking me when I was coming down to check out. The reason I called in advance to ask for additional time was out of courtesy and to avoid someone calling me from the front desk. He never apologized and simply stated that he forgot I had called to ask for more time. Aside from that, my stay was great!
