Great: 1. Sharp brand intelligent in-room washer cum dryer with liquid detergent is the best. 2. Firm good-sized bed for a couple and quality beddings. 3. Quality 24-hour complimentary coffee machine at lobby and ice machine. 4. Toiletries are self-service. 5. Helpful daily limited housekeeping. 6. Extra full housekeeping for long-stay guests. 7. Complete standard bathroom facilities. 8. In the room, there are: humidifier-air purifier, clothes press, induction cooker+extractor, microwave, cutlery/cups/plates, amongst other things and furniture. Extra kitchen utensils are available for rent. 9. Location is under 10 mins walk to subway, train stations, and bus terminal.

Could really improve: 1. Better sound insulation is needed because you can still hear train running on tracks. 2. Mini bar fridge is not working despite replacement. We might as well not have one. Top management needs to change supplier instead of making staff do extra work for nothing and having to keep apologising to guests about it. 3. The room can be a tad bigger. 4. Pyjamas comes in only one free size for both guys and girls, not for guests who are of bigger stature.

The room layout was first class. The hotel has included a washer dryer of exceptional quality. The thought of using it inspired fear but it could not have been simpler. They even provided the detergent/soap powder. This was all at no extra charge. worth considering after 14 days travel elsewhere. Check in and out could not have been any easier. The staff were all very pleasant although there was little need to interact. coffee machine in reception area was very good, nice coffee.

It is not really a dislike but just different taste. The breakfast, included in the very reasonable price, attempted to meet a western taste as well as Japanese and Chinese. This was not really a success. However, this is Japan, enjoy the culture and cuisine.

Great hotel, very clean and convenient.

The hotel is right next to the railway track; we've heard the train passing by all the time, and it's really noisy. Even though the facilities are really good, you can't rest well because of the noise.

The hakata station is close, at about 10min walk. Even if the room was quite narrow, it has many equipments. The bed and pillows are alright. You found in your room a combined waching machine & dryer, and an ironing system. The breakfast is good and combines continental european food as japanese one. It's self-service and allows you to eat as much as needed. A coffee machine is at the entrance hall. Customers can have cups for free anytime.

Depending on where is your room, your window might have a view on the railway, so you'll ear the trains crossing. The drying function of the washing machine needs to turn many hours if you really want to get your clothes dry, so don't wash few hours before leaving the hotel. The TV screen is set on the right handed wall, as viewed frol the bed. If you want to see shows, it's less confortable than if it was in front of the bed.

Location was great and close to Hakata station. Room was very clean with good shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Washing machine was very useful as we stayed there for more than a few days. Staff was very friendly and helpful - they tried their best to help us, even when they struggled to explain in English and had to use a translator to make sure we understood each other.

Could hear the trains passing at night sometimes but didn't bother us.

- The sound of train is quite disturbing, especially in the mornings that it woke us up ... - The room is not very big that we need to move some chairs to open our 28-inch luggage - Not many food options for breakfast

The bed was super comfortable and the room had everything we needed and more so including a washer dryer and microwave! We appreciated the coffee making machines in the dining room during breakfast service and in the lobby area all day. The front desk staff assisted us with forwarding our bags to our next hotel.

We could hear trains passing by as it is to be expected with the train station so near, but we got used to the rhythmic sound.

The location of the hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from Hakata station and Oriental Hotel, my meeting point for a tour. The staff is helpful and warm and I got what I needed promptly. The room is very comfortable and well-fitted. It even had a washing machine, although I didn’t use it.

Being so close to the train station, I could hear the trains passing by. And another weird sound could be heard from my room at night after the trains stopped. The breakfast was just okay.

The twin room is big and clean. Really liked the convenience of having the washing machine & dryer in the room, with washing detergent provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. Particularly would like to thank a very kind lady from the front desk (didn't get her name though), I believed she is from Nepal/India. She tried her very best to help us to book a taxi to the Hakata Station on a rainy day. Thank U !

Location of the Hotel is a bit inconvenient, directions given by hotel to reach the hotel was a little vague. We had a little problem looking for the hotel when we first arrived. We also have to walk under the train track for 10 mins, which is not an easy tasks if you have a big luggage. We have to push our luggage on the roads under the train track which is not a walking path. On rainy days it is extremely difficult. I guess this hotel will be great for those on short stay with smaller carry on luggage. The toilet and the bathroom for our twin room are separated, making it rather inconvenient too.

The location is very near to Hakata station itself. Basically it is a convenient walk of less than 10 minutes. during the stay, we rented a car as well and there is a parking space right beside the hotel (does not belong to the hotel and is chargeable). The room itself is good and love the concept of the washing machine in the room ass it helps to reduce the possibility of going to the common area in washing our clothes. The staffs are helpful and prompt in receiving us.

The hotel although is near but sometime able to hear the train passing through sound. Not an issue to us but might be an issue for people who are light sleeper.
