This hotel is the nearest hotel to Pavillion Bukit Jalil, the facilities in the hotel room are well equipped. My boy does love the infinity pool at the roof top.

No in-room dining services, quite disappointed there. Maybe the management can consider installing a pool playground at the kid pool, as the current is quite dull.

Walking distance to shopping mall, nearby golf course and national stadium. Very comfortable bed. Suitable for business travellers. Breakfast buffet spread is adequate and fulfilling.overall stay met expectations for this category of hotel.

No complimentary carpark. Expect to pay valet prices per entry. No room service. Bathroom sink was clogged, slow drainage. Pillows felt too soft.

This is a fairly new hotel opened late last year - the decor and room are modern and very clean. Nice infinity pool on the rooftop with a bar. Great location being very close to Pavilion Bukit Jalil which is a huge shopping centre. Staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful with special mention to Joshua. And there's a Starbucks on the ground floor which is handy for those who like their coffee. Otherwise there's plenty of coffee places in the shopping centre.

Initially I was disappointed that there wasn't any toiletries provided in the bathroom ie shower cap, cotton tips, etc but I later found out that you can request for them from reception/housekeeping. There isn't a walk bridge connected directly to Pavilion therefore you have to cross 2 roads to get to the Parkson entrance which takes you into the centre. Not a big issue unless it's super hot or raining.

Service is excellent. Customer service is 10/10. Even the security guards are super friendly. A really quality hotel with a nice pool and bar on the rooftop. Can find nothing much to complain about here. It's a good hotel, staff, service and everything else. Location is perfect as it is situated just beside Pavallion mall and Aurora mall. You can easily find cafés along the stretch of shops just in front of the malls. There is also a LokLok stall that frequently open most nights nearby along the middle of the road. Some cafes nearby are going cashless and only accept card payments, so be ready for that

Hotel breakfast Variety is meh.. Would've expected better.

I am now a regular visitor to this hotel since it is very near to my company in Malaysia, so it is always good and everything is excellent.

The parking issue is the only bad point at the hotel. Luckily, I understood this time that there is a parking at Aurora Place with a rate of RM 10 per entry which is certainly cheaper than the valet parking fees, but I still believe that the hotel should consider allowing customers staying in the hotel to park their cars in the parking for free.

The entire ambience of the setting was fantastic and well worth the money! Located strategically near the heart of Bukit Jalil,this hotel is definitely a go-to if you want to head out to concerts and the like. Room was comfortable with spacious beds and amazing lighting and all the facilities were on point. Also, great selection of breakfast menus indeed, hosting a variety of cuisine which satisfies the senses. Special shout out to Mr. Hezekiel who made us feel content and assured during our stay and who was incredibly hospitable and helpful.

I have lived in Hyatt Centric KK Hyatt Regency KK Their breakfast was amazing But Hyatt Place Bukit Jalil, A disappointment in the breakfast experience, lack of variety. You could add: 1) Hashbrowns/Potato Wedges (baked) 2) Streaky Beef Bacon 3) Fresh Pressed juice shots (Eg: at Hyatt Centric the Ginger pineapple was blend in a jug, pour in shot glasses) and serve for customers 4) Breadspreads: add Kaya 5) Waffle/Pancakes 6) Roti canai cutlets 7) Curry Ayam 8) Dhal 9) CHEESE PLATTER OPTION all these are basic breakfast. You may need to change the headchef if he/she starts to provide such disappointmenting breakfast experience.

Staff were well equipped with customer centric mentality. The two front desk staff, a lady on the day of arrival and a gentlemen on the day i leave were very accommodative. My arrival was earlier than stipulated checkin time by 2hrs. Needed room early so I could settle in before going thru my medical checks next door. The lady helped to secure early check-in to which I was really grateful. In the day of checking out, I was planned to have a minor surgery at 1030am. With check out at 12pm, I asked for possible ‘late’ check out so I won’t be rushed. The gentleman on that day, didn’t ask for more explanation, but straight away granted late check out “for ease of our customer’s mind”. Wonderful behavior! Had a chat with the restaurant’s captain as he seek for feedback. Again, pleasant behavior in receiving constructive feedback. This hotel is literally 4mins walk to the Ikonik eye clinic and 10mins walk in shaded storehouse side to Pavillion Bukit Jalil. Room is clean and the place is very quiet.

In room dining closes at the end 10pm with 9.30pm last order - making it limited choices for late night check in. The sink drain seems clogged as it drained out water quite slow.

The hotel was new, about a couple of months after opening. It had a great pool at the roof top, with fantastic view. The room was clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Although it was located far from the centre there was a big Bukit Jalil Pavilion in 5 mins walk from the hotel with many attractions, stores and excellent food court. Free shuttle bus service runs from the Pavilion to the nearest LRT Awan Besar station and back (check the timetable in advance). There was a Starbucks on the ground floor of the hotel.

We liked everything. The only thing to recommend is maybe adding card payment for drinks and snacks at the reception.

Stayed here with my son and his swim team for a swimming competition. The hotel is new so everything was still pristine, clean and well in order. Room was sizeable - we had a twin room. Bathroom was nice and functional. It's a 5 minute walk away from the Pavilion Mall which offered loads of food, shopping and entertainment.

The entrance to the hotel and the connectivity to Pavilion Mall could be alot better. The round about right outside the hotel is quite dangerous of pedestrian to cross. Suggest putting a hump or something to slow drivers down as they approach the hotel.
