Location was perfect, close by the end of line for the airport tram, and right next to the main train terminal, so for days when moving all my luggage it was a breeze. It was also a simple and quick walk to the Central Market, Duomo, etc. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom amenities were excellent, good size shower even for a big guy like myself.

Sensor on the main door to enter the hotel may need calibration, as it often failed to register me there and open, needing to step back or wave. Other than that mild inconvenience I have nothing negative to say, and that was essentially me nitpicking to be able to provide a response on something I didn't like.

The location of the hotel offered easy access to any amount of shops, restaurants, cafes etc. The railway station was only 2 mins away which was handy. All the city site were within easy walking distance. The staff were exceptional and more than helpful. Can i just mention Cheara, who was in reception each day we were there. Always welcomed us with a smile and a hug on departing. would 100% reccomend this hotel.

When we arrived the exterior of the hotel looks grubby and covered in graffitti, but dont let that put you off. As soon as you step in through the doors the hotel is clean modern and beautiful.

Although I didn't get the breakfast, my friend did and she loved the quality of the food and the options. The location is perfectly close to the train station, centrale mercado and the Duomo/shopping areas. I felt safe at the location and was happy to spend the 2nd leg of my trip at Mercure.

The TV has a Casting function but you have to be on a specific Wifi Network to use it. The Wifi network for my room was not available, so I just watched TV on my tablet. Not a big deal at all, but it was a little disappointing. Oh and the AC doesn't get turned on until June, so if it's hot, it's just hot.

This hotel is located very close to the train station. It was easy to drop our bags and start our day as soon as we arrived. Everything is walkable using this hotel as a starting point. It was close to all of the "attractions" with many restaurant choices right around the area. The staff was kind and helpful. They recommended some wonderful restaurants and activities. On our last day we were able to leave our bags at the front and use the day for seeing the sights.

We had a minor issue with the shower drainage but the staff was responsive and was able to fix everything quickly.

A location was just in the middle of Florence, walkable everywhere with plenty to visit, Academies was just around the corner, plenty to eat with variety of cusines if you are tired if Pizza/pasta, and shops galore, staff one of the loveliest and caring, the decor most modern lovely and an balcony to die for! Reception staff are great for tour advice as well.

Iron and board only available for reception. Can't remember if there was a safe in room. Everything else fine.

The location was good for Florence.

I tried contacting the hotel to ask about the parking and waited on the line more than 5 minutes without getting clear message from the line. Luckily, when I arrived, there was one temporary parking spot left. After check in, the hotel staff called the valet to park my car, which I had not been informed about before.

Great location in walking distance to Duomo & around the corner from the train station. Central Market is one block away & the Ponte Vecchio is a 15 minute walk. Very clean quiet apartment & we were lucky to have a top floor apartment with a large terrace.

The hotel is so beautiful. It is conveniently located 3 minutes away from Firenze S.M.N. and nearby restaurants. The staff are truly helpful and accommodating especially Kiara. I booked a room for my family for 3 persons and assumed my 8 yr son can fit with us. But Kiara was able to upgrade us to this amazing room with a balcony. It was such a treat! I would definitely stay here again.

The property was fantastic. Would stay here again. Great room, comfy bed and pull out sofa. Room cleaned every single day. Bathroom facilities were good as well. There was balcony terrace for sitting outside in the evenings, staff were very approachable and nice. Great location, 10 minutes walk to most things, 20 minutes walk at most to the other side of the Arno.

The outside entrance of the hotel needs MAJOR REFURBISHMENT, it looks like something from a 1970’s horror movie. This almost stopped me from booking the hotel. If you do the same as me and look at the hotel on Google maps, see past the terrible façade at the front.

Breakfast was very average and even foods like scrambled eggs were cold. But the cafeteria staff were very nice and helpful.
