Size of room, very clean, very comfortable bed (10/10), close to town centre, good breakfast, helpful staff, reasonably -priced parking (if a little tight!). After the initial first impression, we found that the hotel has an understated elegance about it, in the nicely-decorated rooms and the well-set up breakfast room.

Reception was not very well lit. When we first arrived, we thought it a little shabby but quickly realised it was simply it's position (above a garage) and the small dimly-lit reception area. Once past that, it was ideal for us.

breakfast had everything. Eggs, croissants, breads, fruits, yogurt, coffee, chocolate, tea, pastries. lovely large dining room. A large bedroom and shower. excellent wifi. The man in charge took extra time helping us park in the underground secure parking lot. ten euros for parking ten euros for breakfast. He was also helpful as we had a problem and had to cancel our second night. He was very understanding.

Well located hotel with parking below, friendly staff and nice clean room. No air conditioning, but fan was there which was more than enough. Pet friendly hotel, those are not always easy to find. Breakfast was very nice. I had a late check in but they waited till I was there, guided me to the parking garage and a very quick check in. What I liked is the location; really 5 minutes walk, almost straight through and you were in the heart of the city. We could leave our car the next day in case we would like to visit the city; very much appreciated!

Our room was very spacious with a walk in wardrobe which gave us more space to store our luggage, Modern bathroom with everything that we needed including three types of shower, Very quiet at night, Great location five minutes walk away from Orleans train station and an enjoyable ten minutes walk in to the centre, Receptionist was very helpful with all requests and even gave us directions in to the city

Nothing everything was better than we expected

The hotel was easy to find and very close to the centre of Orleans. The owner was extremely helpful especially with parking. We had to find alternative parking as our car was too high for the underground carpark and he went out of his way to help us.

The carpark has a height limit because it is underground.

The parking was very secure, this was important because my car was full of expensive equipment. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very close to the main square with loads of cafés and restaurants. The hotel manager was really friendly and helpful.

That I didn't book a stay there on the way back!

Reasonably close to tourist attractions (15 walk). Clean. Comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff.

Parking not included. However we were lucky to find close-by free street parking.

The owner is really available and helpfull. The hotel is very close to the city center and also to the station. We choose the city to visit in the evening, than early next day we took the train to go to Paris, it's 80 min. The following day then we drove to the Loire castles...

location was walking distance to center of Orleans and parking was close and secure. simple but clean room with very hood breakfast

The receptionist was very helpful, he gave us a map of the city. The room was fine, no a/c but there was a fan and it was spacious with two double beds (we were 2 adults and 2 children). The location was amazing and parking was easy. Really good value for money.
