We loved the location; how we could walk right out the front of our bach and step onto a sandy pathway to a gorgeous beach. Perfect for evening walks and early morning sunrise viewing. Comfy beds and everything we needed as far as appliances, shovels for the hot water beach, enough towels for shower and beach.

There were short hours in the reception area and restaurants were closed on site because we were there in November, which is not high season. The hot tub near our unit was being cleaned, and it was kind of a pain to get permission to use the hot tub on the other side of the campground.

Beachfront with sea views and steps to the beach. Quiet location. Plenty of towels.

Dates furniture. Sofas not comfortable. Could do with better outdoor furniture from the main bedroom upstairs. Kitchen very dated. We could have chosen the more updated Baches but we wanted the sea view. Would return again despite the dates feel to the kitchen/sofas.

Location, location, location! Nothing beats looking out at the ocean. Amazing sunrise views , and beautiful clean long wide beach. The size of the two bedroom villa was great - and it provided all the cooking dishes and accessories we needed. A real plus to have a dishwasher . Great to have a washer and dryer when traveling

The property had a dated look. We were visitign in winter and on the coldest night of our stay (arrival) it took quite a while to heat the unit with the plug in heaters provided. The two built in heaters automatically turn off after two hours and one did not produce any heat. Very limited restaurants (with limited hours) or food choices in winter

On the beach location is amazing. On site restaurant serves really tasty burgers with a lively outdoor atmosphere. Reception, Bar and restaurant staff were really friendly and good humourded.

Ground floor garden accommodation did not have any windows that you could open. The only option to let in fresh air was the patio doors which we wouldn't be comfortable leaving open at night.

Excellent and peaceful location. Good sized, comfortable and clean room with well stocked kitchenette, close to facilities such as shared bathroom and a bar/eatery. The beach front hot tub is also well worth booking.

Be aware that food options at the resort and in the area close relatively early of an evening. There were no screens in the window so we did have some bugs coming in when we wanted to let in the breeze.

we had beach apartment and the view was spectacular. So glad we decided to upgrade. Found broken tin openers but they were replaced immediately by friendly, helpful staff. Able to go on boat trips off the beach.

LOVED the location. Property is directly on the gorgeous hahei beach. The garden studio where I stayed was equipped with a kitchenet and complementary coffee/French press. Spacious and clean room. I also loved the little coffee shop on property. Friendly staff who is happy to offer activity suggestions and directions to places.

Unfortunately for me the weather did not hold up for a luxury hot tub experience so I had to cut my hour reservation short. No fault of the resort.

The bach was quite hot. It aired out well when we opened the windows and doors but would have been nice to have air conditioning. A couple of times at night there were power cuts, The first time we contacted the reception and they sorted it out straight away. The second time there was no resposne. Admittedly it was very late but was annoying nonetheles to have to get ready for bed with only a torch

Really convenient simple little cabin a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The beach is so beautiful, perfect for kids and we had everything we needed for a fantastic family trip. We liked the on-site pizza and burger bar too, it was only a minutes walk from our cabin. It was great to be able to get coffee only a few minutes walk away too.

Location is excellent! Camp ground well appointed! We were in 2 bedroom Seaview villa and it was delightful! The villas are quite expensive but they are in the most superb position with views to die for and proximity to beach!

The hot tub was cold but they did profusely apologise!
