Location was great the beds were comfortable the bathroom was clean and had extra shelves to put your toiletries on the water pressure was very good The person at reception was friendly and quickly fixed up a slight misunderstanding that had occurred regarding the amount of beds we had booked for. We liked the system they used for dirty dishes to be replaced so you didn't have to try washing dishes in the bathroom sink.

The room was quite small and and with the amount of furniture it was a little cramped.

The location was great! Could walk to town and the Marina. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room had a toaster and microwave and had an outdoor kitchen. Very cosy and super comfortable beds. Friendly owners. Good Parking

Maybe it was the season - just after the new year. It was expensive compared to other places . It would have been great if a simple breakfast was served.

The man on reception was lovely, the room was very clean and fresh, great location. They gave us extra coffee and milk for the morning when we asked and the price was really reasonable.

The only negative to this motel was the beds. We were 3 friends staying in a studio with a queen bed and a single bed. All 3 of us found the beds super hard and woke up feeling it. Nothing a matress topper wouldn't fix.

Great location, walkable to the wharf, shops, beach and restaurants. A lovely sunny spot to sit and watch the world go by. Friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms are quite compact. A kitchen sink in the room to wash dishes would have been helpful. Also, extra chairs so a family of 4 could all sit at the table would have been great. Not a problem for a short stay (or if you're planning to eat out) but would be annoying for longer stays.

2 Gals just took over the motel and we’re in the process of redoing some ofthe rooms. Our room was clean and comfortable with a great cafe and a convenience store right across the street even though ithe motel was in a suburban district. Short walk to a beautiful clean beach and the marina where most of the boat tours leave from.

Due to unexpected road slips and flooding was unable to get out of the corromandal the manager was so lovely from the booking right through to our check out, early next morning he came to our room and advised the current situation and which route to take to enable us to get out of the corromandal before high tide and expected rains start we got home safe and sound, previous day we tried Wahi flooded no ETA so turn around to head via Corromandal to be stop short of it and advised road slip we waited for over two hours and just as it was cleared another major slip happened, thankyou Albert 6 for making a stressful day totally relaxing and taking alot of guess work out of figuring out the local know

Room was very clean and tidy. I like there were plenty of fans provided. Staff very friendly and took pride in the accommodation. Close to the beach and town center.

Large bed in small room not much room to move around the bed but this was only a small issue and does not effect the overall stay too much.

The location was great and the owner was very kind! So close to the beach. Our room was really comfortable, I wish we could’ve stayed longer. During our travels we have been staying in shared dormitories so this really felt like a treat and luxury for us! Had the best sleep I’ve had in weeks! Wi-Fi, Coffee, Tea, Netflix, shampoo, body wash, towels etc! all provided! Also a bbq, stove and facilities to use outside. In the room we had fridge, microwave, kettle etc. We stayed here for two nights and just loved it :) The owner kindly moved us to a slightly larger room as we had a lot of luggage. Free parking on site too! Highly recommend here :)

nothing to dislike!

Gentleman at the reception desk reverse parked my car for me! Good facilities, there was a fan, heater and and air purifier in the room. Very close proximity to both the beach and town.

I couldn’t reach the TV to unplug it and plug it back in so it would turn on. But that is more of a me problem than a fault of the motel.

Great location, 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants 1 minute to the beach. Room was clean and tidy and spacious enough to have friends visit for drinks. Host was very welcoming and helpful with advice on local attractions and restaurants

Sky sports would be nice, slightly bigger fridge useful but none are game changers given the plusses. Parking can get a little tight when the motel is full
