We liked everything. The hotel is brand new. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff were super nice. Upgraded us to a Mountain View room free of charge. The location is great. Just on the side of the mountain, a meter from a lovely forest. Evening walks in the hotel area are just lovely! We want to specifically compliment Daniel. Super nice and welcoming person. Made us feel like home. Gave excellent recommendations for travel in the area. Opened the cafe at the evening just for us (because we arrived late), to make sure we have dinner. Plus he has the best stickers on his laptop ;) Thank you very much Daniel! We will definitely come back when in Scotland.

I think this place has great potential for future growth! The hotel is really clean and well-maintained, with a standardized quality that makes the stay comfortable. It’s a small but lovely place, with nice spots to visit nearby. I can’t comment much on public transportation or bus access since I used my car to get around, but the location worked well for me. I’m looking forward to seeing this place grow and develop even more in the future. 😊
The hotel and its staff are wonderful, and the place itself is clean, charming, and full of potential. However, I feel the location and parking facilities could use some improvement to enhance accessibility. While everything about the hotel and its people is great, the area seems a bit underutilized at times. Hopefully, as more people discover this place, it can grow bigger and host more visitors comfortably. As a walker/hiker, I found it a bit confusing to figure out which paths to take without interfering with the bikers on their trails. Clearer signage or dedicated paths would definitely help! Looking forward to seeing how this place evolves in the future. 😊

The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location is stunning, with easy access to main roads. Our room was clean, well-stocked, and we especially enjoyed the chamomile tea (which was a blessing since we had colds during our stay). The cooked breakfast was one of the best I've had. We visited during a quieter period, which was perfect for me, but it seems like a great spot for outdoor activities and socialising when it's busier.
Pricing option for trip up and back for the gondola. I understand it's maybe not practical during busy times however. More affordable dinner offering. An absolute nutter drove behind us on the way out- not sure if a stockist or customer but if a stockist re think your suppliers (even if suppliers of tea).

The room was basic but functional and clean, with stunning mountain views. It was great you can log into Netflix on the tv. It was peaceful, and made for a really enjoyable trip. We look forward to returning, and try out the bike routes and skiing.
The pillows were extremely soft, with only one per side of the bed, firmer or additional pillows in the room would have been preferred to help have a comfortable nights sleep. Unfortunately, likely due to being out of session, the restaurant was only serving a very limited menu, but the food was delicious!

Free parking next to Ben Nevis Gandola. It was rainy, when we stayed in the hotel, and we decided not to go up. But even then the easy walk in the morning in the forest next to the hotel was just fabulous. The room itself and bathroom was very spacious. And despite some small scratches, everything felt modern. Nice view to the forest from the window. The bed was comfy as per my opinion. Everything was thought out - enough power sockets to charge your devices. You will have quite ok WiFi if you will connect to your TV. The bathroom was very nice with all shampoos, conditioners etc.
You need to get used to small sink in the bathroom, but just don't turn on the water at full power and that will do the job. Also there was no cable programs on TV, BUT we used youtube and that was quite ok.

The staff were nice and the room was comfortable. We had a view of the mountain. The provided toiletries are a local Scottish brand, which was nice. The hotel has an elevator, which is convenient when you travel with large luggage.
The water pressure was very low and the water was only lukewarm, so the showers were not particularly pleasant. Also, the room had no small fridge, but that seems to be somewhat common in the UK, so the locals won't find this odd. However, it would have been nice to be able to store our restaurant leftovers or Marks & Spencer sandwiches in a cool place.

Very clean, great shower, warm room.
Easier if you have a car to get into town. Public transport on weekends is minimal. We taxied a few times before hiring a car.

Liked the layout of the room, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean
Not sure if I liked the TV set up it took a long time to find something to watch because you had to screen cast from your phone. And it wouldn't work with all the different channels (channel 4 on demand for example) Also we did have to ask for more tea/coffee. As we were staying two nights we would have expected them to replace for the second night. However when we asked at the reception it was no trouble and they did fetch for us straight away.

I've stayed in Fort William a few times, and this was easily the best combination of value for money and nice accommodation. Just a few metres from the Nevis Range gondola and Pine Marten restaurant, it's ideal for anyone wanting to bike, ski, or hike, and the outdoor tables and chairs are lovely if you get good weather. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was nicely decorated. It was great to see the sustainability as well - glasses in the bathroom, rather than plastic disposable cups, and gorgeous Highland Soap Company soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Good quality hair dryer and a really nice shower. Will be staying again for sure.

Our room was very cozy and warm ; it might not seem like much, but the shower was excellent, which makes a big difference in winter ; the views of Ben Nevis were evidently superb ; breakfast was good, although the selection could have been better ; and it was convenient to have a bar on site at night, as even the driver of the group could enjoy a drink at night. The bed was on the small side, we thought. All in all, excellent value for the money we paid, and stunning location.
If you aren't a skier or mountain hiker, and you're not going to spend the day on Ben Nevis, there is no return ticket option for the gondola - only day or season passes. Not really a hotel thing, but the tiniest bit frustrating to be so close and not be able to go up for less than £50 for two people. Also, no electric plugs in the bathroom or the hotel room at all - so no shaving or electric toothbrushing - not a big deal, just good to know.
