Excellent location, comfortable beds and more:)

When we asked kindly receptionist for a plastic bin bag as none were given we have been quite rudely told it is self catering? We spent there 3 days with no bags, two rolls of toilet paper and two tablets for dishwasher for family of 7 is a big push...I think self catering means you sort food for yourself not dishwasher tablets washing up liquids, toilet rolls etc. At least never in the past we had to provide that. Bathroom silicone was black from mould, more detailed cleaning needed. You can buy a spray to remove all yellow patches and mould with ease. Shame as you can see place is invested and in great condition. Instead of replacing all just clean it.

Stayed in budget 2 person caravan, took our own bedding and towels due to £30 excess for these. If we hadn’t taken duvet this would have been the only downside as theirs was very thin. We had a fabulous view of the Loche, caravan was small warmed up quickly and had everything we would need for cooking meals which we did twice. Small but cosy and comfortable. We even booked an extra night whilst there, best thing without doubt was the placements of all the properties so everyone had a view of the beautiful awe inspiring view

Thin quilt, could have had cushions as with most caravans the sofa was thin and not very comfortable for 2, for 1 it was fine with a pillow

I really liked how these were like a mobil home in the US. They had two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen (with a small fridge, stove, oven, and microwave), and a bathroom. It was great to be able to eat in so that we could save the money to use for other things to do on our holiday. The property itself was very large with two playgrounds for kids and a great view of the loch. There was a kind of beach area. Not sure as I would be lying out to try and get a tan, but we did see a few people on paddleboards that I'm sure people brought and took off into the loch from the beach. My spouse and I went on walks around the property just to get out and enjoy the evening without having to drive anywhere. We also loved that there was a laundry area that included the washing soap. Very handy.

The beds were not the most comfortable and the internet didn't work well until late at night when I assume most people had gone to bed. But for the price, the privacy, location, and kitchen, I would definitely stay here again.

The view from our Caravan was amazing! We booked a dog-friendly caravan with lochside view. We could see the whole Loch from the living room windows. On rainy days you could just curl up with a hot cuppa and watch the clouds roll in and over, it was glorious. Even the dog was transfixed. This is a great place for dogs, especially if they like beaches. Dogs need to be kept on a lead on the grounds of the holiday park, but there are lovely sections of the beach where you can let the dog off lead (provided there aren't other people/dogs about or you have checked with them first, I.e. Good dog walking practices). Our dog loves the water so this was heaven for him. And walking the beach together every morning and evening was lovely for us too. Just FYI - the caravan kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, kitchen knives and other utensils, pots, pans etc. But you need to bring your own tea towels and oven gloves. Bed sheets and bathroom towels can be hired from receprion. We hired bedsheets and towels, these were clean and good quality. You need to being your own toilet paper and kitchen roll. There is a little Co-op shop in Corpach where you can pick up supplies. Whilst you can technically walk to Corpach, Banavie and event Fort William, unless you are ready to do so in the pouring rain it might be best to have a car with you. We hired a car for our stay, best to do this well in advance because there aren't many local car hire places and they book up fast. There is also a little food truck that does great breakfast baps etc from 9am to 2pm. It's not open everyday. And there's a handy laundrette that takes contactless. We loved our stay here and hope to come back again.

Can't think of anything.

Linne Lochside Chalet offers a charming escape for those seeking a tranquil retreat surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The chalets themselves are cozy and functional, providing a comfortable base for exploring the Scottish Highlands. The two compact bedrooms are ideal for small families or couples, while the basic kitchen allows for self-catering convenience. One of the standout features is undoubtedly the breathtaking Loch Eil views. The chalet deck is the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the scenery. It's a wonderful place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun sets. The site's location is a major plus. Being just a short drive from Fort William and the Neptune Staircase makes it a convenient base for exploring the area's attractions. And for Harry Potter fans, the site is conveniently located on the way to the iconic Glenfinnan Viaduct. While the chalets are basic, they offer excellent value for money, especially considering the stunning location. If you're looking for a no-frills accommodation with easy access to the Highlands' natural wonders, Loch Eil Chalet is definitely worth considering.

The early checkout time of 9:30 AM is inconvenient, and the Wi-Fi is unreliable. Additionally, the lack of nearby shops or restaurants may be an issue for some guests. The reception closing at 6 PM could also be challenging for late arrivals, although the self-check-in option is helpful.

We had 2 Static Vans for a family trip with our best mates and 4 (mostly) grown-up kids. On arrival at LLH we were surprised with a free upgrade! The vans were clean, comfortable and set in a truly idyllic location. It has been a long time since we watched the lads (aged 24, 22, 19 and 14) play together on a beach 🙈😂 but that they did - and the sunset over the loch - in perfect view through our living room window - was absolutely perfect! Thank you LLH, our time in Scotland has been epic and staying with you has been a huge part of that!

Nothing!!

Location with view of the lake, short drive to hiking trails, large sofa to relax on

The large laundry washer was not working well; so clothes were nearly dripping wet when it finished. Two 15 minute cycles in the dryer did little to dry them, so we used all the hangers and the small laundry rack in our unit to dry clothes hanging, and they were not dry by the next day. It cost 18 pounds for one load of laundry and 30 minutes of dryer, and our clothes remained very wet. Use the laundrette in town. We were surprised that we had to pay extra for sheets and towels, and there was no washing up soap or spices. Not a good choice if coming by plane. Very narrow beds in 2nd bedroom.

Excellent location, stunning views next to the loch. Fuss free check in, we arrived after hours but they have a check in board at the front of reception. You don't have to see them in person if you so wish they are very casual but also very welcoming should you visit them in person. Great campsite well maintained. Worth a visit.

Nothing much to report just minor niggle the shower head kept slipping down due to wear and tear nothing I couldn't fix with some electrical tape to hold it up to a working height. Caravan was neat and tidy.

Absolutely amazing view from our Caravan. The Caravan was nice and clean. Loved that there was a kitchen and our own bathroom. We did not meet the staff except on check-out as we arrive very late, but everything was prepared for us when we arrived. The Caravan was cold on arrival, but when we turned the heating on, it was warm within 5 minutes. Fantastic! Very nice and quiet place with very good facilities.

That we had to leave after only 3 nights, but we only have ourselves to blame for that :-) We loved everything about the place.

I have got the caravan with the beautiful Loch and mountain view which itself felt like value for money. The caravan was very neat and cleaned. One of the most important thing is that various famous points like Ben nevis mountain gondola, neptune's staircases, Glenfinnan viaduct etc are very closer to this place so one can cover all these places in a day. There were couple of good restaurants and some super markets located nearby to this property. So, I would strongly recommend this place for a good and peacful stay.

We could not get a wifi at this property.
