Hotel was exactly as described online, we were allocated exact room as pictured online. Immaculately clean and tidy. Restaurant was amazing, with super tasty food and friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate, however on visiting Paris we were disappointed not to have croissant available every morning!

Metro access is directly opposite hotel for simple travel into city. There were plenty of cafes and bars in the hotel's location, but the location is generally not upmarket.

I stayed here since it was close to Zenith Paris La Villette for a concert i was going to ($B). The room for a single traveler is perfect.

The hotel is next to Porte de Pantin metro entrance which is a very handy location. the room is very modern and very clean and excellent value for money. Top tip, if coming to the hotel from Charles-de Gaulle , you can take the train RER B, toward Paris. Once you arrive at Gare du Nord, take metro line 5 (orange) north direction "Bobigny". Get off at "Porte de Pantin" – exit 4 We arrived around 7pm in darkness, check in was quick and we then went to explore the area and grab some food. We enjoyed sushi at Nagasaki, next door to the hotel, we then went to chez JJ, which has a really lively feel. the area is very busy and felt very safe. it’s an ideal place to stay with great access to local transport.

Breakfast is a bit chaotic

Location was great, right next to Metro stop so very easy for travel into the City Centre and also on the line Gare du Nord - very easy for train links. Hotel is also a short walk from the concert hall for National Philharmonic Orchestra which also has a music museum attached - great if you an interest in the history of classical music with a large collection of instruments! Plus check the dates for the Orchestra’s concert dates if you like orchestral performances! Room was very clean and had all the commodities you would require, paid extra for breakfast in the morning and that was very good as well. The concierge arranged a taxi for us when we left - we asked the night before and it was all done when we came down in the morning which was very helpful.

Was a bit difficult to find at night and even our taxi driver from Gare du Nord struggled a little after giving them the address. Room might put some people off with the shower being in the room and not in the bathroom.

Hotel reception staff were very helpful, and check-in and -out went smoothly and baggage storage was welcome. Breakfast was delicious, with good coffee, lots of options, and seating indoors or out on the patio. Hotel has an elevator and extremely good air conditioner. I would stay here even in July or August.

Of the four nights I spent here, I endured a buzzing fly and a mosquito two of the nights. The Metro station is super close by but far from the main Parisian sites. Factor that in if you need to be somewhere at a certain time. I didn't care for the location but felt safe.

The hotel is only a few metres from a Metro Station on Line 5 so very convenient to get to tourist areas or anywhere on the Metro, only 15 minutes to Gare de Nord, Not a tourist area, local shops and cafes with friendly and helpful staff, not noisy at night. Room was clean, and towels were changed, although we had not put them on the floor or shower. Room was also warm which we appreciated as it was cold whilst we were there. We did not partake of the breakfast buffet as we prefer to try different places. The man we saw most frequently on the front desk was helpful and happy to speak in English.

The king size bed took up most of the room so there was not much room to move around the room. Laying the suitcase down to have it open was quite tight. The shower and sink was in a section within the room, tiled and separate as a washing area, and very nice, the shower was excellent, but it was not totally private so if the person you were travelling with is not an intimate close friend could be embarrassing. (The WC was separate and enclosed).

Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The room is rather small and there is no wardrobe available, but just a bar for hangers on top of the table. Staff was extremely slow and unresponsive in the restaurant when we tried to have dinner, on Friday around 6pm. We decided to leave and search for another place to eat. The decoration outside - a big Christmas-tree with a lot of lights - was pretty disturbing at night so we had to close the curtains completely. This would not be an issue outside of the winter season. :)

Brilliant location for the Zenith Very comfortable bed

The breakfast facilities are poor. The breakfast room is tiny for such a large hotel and there were queues of people waiting to be seated. Seating was available in the restaurant but not enough staff were on duty to inform people. There is only one coffee machine and an understandably very long queue for a drink & by the time you had made it, your hot breakfast had congealed on the plate into an unattractive cold dish. A cute little room that, whilst on the smaller side, was well fitted with a mostly comfy bed and nice lighting. Very well cleaned and easy to get get set up. The bathroom is a bit open, so don't share a room with someone you aren't comfortable around!The restaurant attached is also nice and the access to trains is handy. A great point is the park across the road, it was a wonderful spot for food, drinks, live music and other activities!

The room did not have much space for hanging clothes, and what it did have was in the splash zone of the shower, a small gripe but an important one! That being said, service staff were happy to store items for you!

We loved everything. Location seemed a bit way too far from center, but actually the metro station is really close to hotel. Around the corner was a nice smaller and quiet street with different restaurants and they all had really great food. Also grocery store and fresh fruits. Hotel itself was nice, very clean and breakfast was great.

Doors weren't quite soundproof and we heard people walking in the corridors and talking, but that was a minor problem and didn't happen really often.
