The apartment was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. Just like what we see in the photos. Good price quality.

One of the rooms was small and they did not inform that it had two single beds instead of a double bed. the kitchen could have a toaster and be more careful with unclean dishes. and the refrigerator had a problem, the door didn't close properly, and it didn't stay cold

Reception staff were lovely, friendly, helpful. They gave us directions to local spotsw. The hotel is in a residential area so it's peaceful with a lot of cheap local supermakerts and bakeries just a few metres down the road, its 300m from Botzaris and 500m Jourdain station which is very easy to get to.

Please do not book the breakfast option, there was only cereal, crossaints and you had to boil your own eggs. The food was always too little, they always ran out and even the French guests were fighting about the unsatisfactory breakfast. There are local bakeries and supermarkets down the road, which is a better option for breakfast.

Could use longer table or luggage racks, had to keep our luggage and clothes on the floor. a long handle broom or mop to clean the floor would be helpful due to limited room cleaning, which we were fine with.

I think this is an excellent place to stay for people who like to get to know not only the most touristy places in Paris, but also the everyday life of the city. Very attentive staff, comfortable apartment, supermarket and restaurants nearby of great quality. I hope to return soon!

The staff were warm and welcoming and the location is perfectly appointed within a quiet district. There is a very good supermarket, Auchan, really close by and there are plenty of nice specialist shops and the beautiful Buttes au Chaumont park in close proximity. The apartment was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and there were well designed storage units throughout. We had the pleasure to stay at the top floor where we had access to two terraces from our flat with beautiful views over the rooftops of Buttes au Chaumont/Belville. We would be happy to return here on our next trip to Paris!

The temperature in the room was bit hot at times, but with that said, there was a fan provided and due to the balcony access in two opposite directions it was possible to cross ventilate the room which cooled down the room quite efficiently. There seemed to be a small ant infestation.

We absolutely loved the location of this aparthotel. It was just a few mins from Botzaris metro stop from which it was relatively easy to reach central Paris. I had no idea what to expect of the area but it was perfect for our little family. There is a wonderful park just on the doorstep (Parc des Buttes Chaumont) which was great for kids and there were so many local people keeping fit there. Everything you need is nearby: a fairly big and well stocked Auchan supermarket; a few restaurants (we particularly loved the pizza from Les Comediens!) and bakery. Loved staying in this kind of accommodation with a kitchenette too where we could sort our own breakfasts and snacks and have a separate bedroom - so much better than staying in a hotel! The staff were all super friendly too and welcoming. We would happily return here.

If I had to be picky, the cleaning could have been a little bit better... We found quite a bit of dust in the room but really it was nothing major so didn't spoil our stay. It was also quite hot at night as the bed covers were quite thick. You do have to be careful walking around the local streets for dog excrement... but I think that's all big cities!

Nice apartment to stay in a quite Paris neighborhood. There is a park nearby and great bakery. You can also have a breakfast at the hotel, however the kitchen in the apartment allows you to cook. We had an apartment on the highest floor. The view was stunning.

since it was the first floor apartment the balcony was covered with birds poop. otherwise it's a nice space to hang out. Also, the apartment has no conditioner, though it was not insanely hot outside, though it took a while to get the apartment cooled down in the evening.

The property was very clean and safe because it required the room’s card to enter in the building and also to use the elevator. Neat the reception area it was a cozy space which was absolutely lovely. Also, there was a beautiful cat just enjoying the coziness so it makes it even more enjoyable, it was the principal element that we loved. It is also perfect for a girls trip as the area is very safe, we walked at night and didn’t have any incidents. There is a market nearby and there are, also, a lot of metro station and bus ones nearby.

Even if the are was safe, it was pretty far from the centre, but it’s a quick ride with the metro or with the bus (you get to see more of this beautiful city this way so I totally recommend it in the morning or evening because at noon it might be too busy).

Nice quiet neighbourhood. Close to a couple of Metro stations. About 25 minutes to get to central Paris. Good size car parking spaces. We ate at the Sushi restaurant on the way to Jourdain Metro. Nice food and good value for money. The park opposite is a nice bonus. There is a supermarket 50 metres away The Olympe bar round the corner is friendly and has happy hour from 3-10.

Located in a lovely, quiet area with many local bakeries, bars and restaurants within an easy walking distance. Also very close to metro stations for easy access to Paris city centre and tourist attractions. Also close to a beautiful park for a lovely walk. 24/7 reception was also very helpful. Not luxurious, but all we needed for a comfortable stay.

No oven. Only stovetop.
