Friendly ,helpful staff. The breakfast was great. Open layout of the hotel made it feel very safe. Saw security walking around . I would definitely recommend this hotel except for the parking situation.

The hotel provides only valet parking for $30 a day. Self parking is provided but it is not part of the hotel. Self parking is done using your phone. You will need to use the QR code, putting in lots of details such as car license plate, color of car, your name and address, charge card info, etc. For older patrons or patrons not tech savvy, it was very stressful. There are warning signs all over that keep warning you that if you do not provide the correct input, your car will be towed. There is no one around to help you. Luckily a family came into the structure and their grown children was able to help us.

The room was bigger than expected - it was a suite with it's own living room. Didn't know breakfast was included (BONUS! and it was a NICE breakfast with the kitchen staff making personalized omelets with premium ingredients), didn't know parking was included (BONUS), has a pool (great for kids but we didn't use it), had an exercise room which was also nice. Didn't know it was pet-friendly but that's important because we also have a dog (though we did not have a dog with us on this trip) - and the hotel didn't smell of animals or dogs. Free cable TV like Showtime and HBO was a nice surprise but we didn't get to use it because we fell asleep (the bed was super comfortable).

Went to their convenience store to buy a toothbrush because we forgot ours but they ran out. Also, the design of the interior building (similar to the Mariot Marquis in NYC) is beautiful but there is only a guardrail protecting you from a significant drop. For many, this is a non-issue but it makes me uneasy because I am afraid of heights.

Check-in clerk Rheem was super nice. Answered all my questions about local restaurants, parking, directions, with patience and smile. The location is very close to Freeway, making it easy to travel. Breakfast was fantastic. The made-to-order omelets are delicious. Variety of choices and is open late. On weekends, you can also get chef made pancakes. Happy hour food is also good. Suite style rooms are very nice to have a separate work space and TV viewing area away from the bedroom

I don't like to pay extra for parking when the hotel is not in a downtown area. It's like a hidden charge.

Our Room 615 was quiet and spacious with two comfortable double beds. The curtains were total block-out which allowed us to sleep-in after a very late arrival and check-in, due to adverse weather conditions delayed our flight into Oakland. There is a generous array of food on offer at breakfast. The elevators arrive promptly. The staff are (mostly) friendly and eager to assist.

The iron in our room continually spat out water and soiled one clothing item. This was reported to Reception so the hotel could demineralise (clean) or replace the iron for the next guests.

This is a beautiful hotel and it is very, very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay. There is a small indoor pool and a small indoor gym. The pool is heated and the gym has great equipment. We got a standard room that was wonderful for a family of 5 with 3 teens. There is a pull out bed and 2 doubles and there was plenty of room. The sheets were clean and crisp. Housekeeping was so kind and they do a great job there. The breakfast was wonderful for the price of the hotel. It was made to order omelets or eggs, sausage, potatoes, eggs, French toast sticks, yogurts, cereals, breads, bagels and assorted toppings and fruits. It was wonderful. The staff was friendly. From 530 to 7 they have a Managers Reception where each adult gets 2 free adult beverages and the kid get lemonade and snacks on the house. We had such a great time. You can walk to Starbucks and other fine dining. The area surrounding the hotel is beautiful. The parking is not validated. It's in a monitored parking garage that cost 25$ every 24 hours. We would def stay again. I chose to pay at the hotel when we arrived and it was 150$ cheaper than what was quoted online so maybe try that for a nice discount. Wenwould def stay again. It was a very fun and beautiful stay.

The property was conveniently located in relationship to where our adults kids live which we were there visiting. We loved the omelet bar for breakfast versus the other cooked items. The staff was very friendly!

The place looked really clean when you first walked in. The baseboards, corners, and vents could all be vacuumed better. They were pretty dusty which is not helpful for my allergies.

The environment, the staff, structure of the hotel (see through elevators, waterfalls at the lobby area, the bar/restaurant breakfast lay out) the snack area too! When my son & I arrived we arrived early from check in time had to wait about 45 mins for our king room which was fine because we loved the lobby area :) The guy that worked the restaurant/bar thurs 9/21 early afternoon-evening shift was very nice (Latino guy with glasses) he was helpful when I had asked questions about what they had on the menu. The front desk ladies working that day was great as well. The room was great too King Room, Sofa-bed, mini kitchenette with microwave & fridge, closet with full size mirror, A desk, 2 TVs & a nice size bathroom! My son is 2 in a half yrs. Old & ran around the room enjoying everything.

I have no complaints!

The rooms are spacious, we had a king suite with plenty of room for my husband and adult daughter. The beds are comfortable, there are large TV's in both the sitting area and bedroom and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The shower have dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash and towels large with good thickness. Breakfast is the Embassy suites standard with plenty available. In the evenings they have happy hour with 2 complementary cocktails (each day of your stay)and light hor d'oeuvres that change daily.

I don't like the absence of housekeeping. We pay premium dollars for hotel stays and should never have to ask to have our garbage picked up. I do understand using your towel more than once and I don't need to have my bed linens changed daily but the beds could be made and the garbage taken out without having to ask. We were there for 4 days and I had to ask for housekeeping, I really think Hilton should rethink this policy.

The lobby and look of the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious, especially the made to order omelettes. The pool was at such a comfortable temperature and was open all day long. The room itself was nice and spacious and clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

It would be nice if the breakfast hours went longer. Also, the towels at the pool could be bigger & more like pool towels.

Hotel had great breakfast with omelette kitchen were they cooked your omelette per your order. They also had bacon so don't forget to ask! We liked our room, plenty of space with a living area in the suite with a wet bar.

The room could use an update, fixtures are getting a little dated and it was dissappointing that the room had double beds, not queen size. If you are planning to share your bed with a partner, it can be a little tight. The hotel offers valet parking for $30 but you can self-park at the same garage. All you have to do is provide license plate info and payment method when you park and it will automatically charge you based on how long you stay. Got overnight parking this way for $16..
