Great location, I had a Seaview and just like having a studio apartment for a hotel price. I would stay here again.

My in-room phone did not work. Every time I walked by the front desk somebody was complaining about one thing or another not working in room. It's to be expected for the age of accommodation. Probably in the 80's and 90's this was top quality. For the price and location a broken phone did not bother me. Lack of hot water during peak hours of the on-site restaurant, but I shower before bed so no hot water issues for me. I would stay again, also staff are super friendly.

Very comfortable apartment hotel at the promenade in Marbella, 5 minutes walk to the charming old town. My room was nicely decorated, I had amazing sea view from the balcony. Great staff, special thanks to Mercedes and her friendly colleagues from the reception. I would definitely return to this hotel.

It was not possible to regulate the heating in my room, finally I asked to swich it off. The kitchen could be a bit better equippted (plates, cutlery etc.)

We are very satisfied that we chose One Princesa Playa Hotel.The hotel location is perfect! So close to everything-just few steps to the beach ,plenty restaurants,big Supermarket just in the corner.Our room nr was 606 -have a big balcony with amazing sea view and I was observing beautiful sunset and also fireworks (two evenings).The living room with kitchenette is convenient and spacious, shower is big as well, I like the wardrobe with plenty of hangers and many shelf with even space for shoes. Every member of staff starting from front desk reception :especially Paco ,Alberto,Miguel ,Francisco ,a nice lady who was cleaning our room,, ,waitress -staff serving breakfast-especially :Ewa :D -always welcoming all tourist with a smile .,and everyone else in between are so pleasant, proffesional and helpful , Everything was perfect, the staff was friendly rooms were nice and kept clean .I would like to say Thank you to Paco -working in the lobby front desk for helping me with anything I just asked.

We like everything We stayed in this hotel for a week and would definitely like to stay longer. We will definitely come back.

We had parking ticket in Cadiz, where we were at the day before. The recepcionist Laura helped us a lot about the problem we had, with doing everything she could. She was very nice and extremely helpful. We loved the time we spent there, and even extended our visit for another night. The hotel was just at the beach, very safe, very close to city center, and most importantly, very clean. It had the best view also. We spent 2 weeks in Andalucia, accomodating 14 different hotels in all South of Spain, and the hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed at, and it was the cheapest!! Thank you for everything.

My parents love this hotel. Staff are lovely, it is spotlessly clean with fresh towels as you need them and a great location for the old town and restaurants and bars . They love the rooftop Restaurant especially in the afternoon for a drink and the beautiful view over the beach in Marbella. Perfect break for them as they are elderly and the staff looked after them so well. They stay every year and hopefully they will get there next year too.

Only issue was room below restaurant so a little noisy in the morning with chairs moving etc but nothing to complain about

The staff were very friendly & helpful. We were heading to Benalmadena on the Sunday, we tried to book an uber but was reluctant when they asked for our passport details. explained to gentleman on desk and he phoned a taxi for us. I cannot remember his name as i would liked to give him credit for his support. The room was clean and tidy, we booked the one bedroom with partial sea view, city view to the right, so best of both worlds, the location was ideal for the beach and old town. carrefour supermarket only 3min walk which is handy as we went self catering. The rooftop pool had amazing view, it was small but great as not many about so no sunbed wars :).

Top location! Right across the small street on the beach. You can reach by foot all you need: the beach, the cafes, restaurants, supermarket. Very close by there is a parking garage. Rooms were very comfortable, clean. Small kitchen with all necessary amenities. My room had an amazing sea view, the breakfast buffet was quite big with lots of different delicious options to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I can recommend this place 100%!

Location right in front of beach and promenade & close to the beautiful Old Town.

The only issue we had was that upon arrival we were told that our room was not ready even after the specified check in time. Instead of being told this while we were at the front desk, the receptionist sneakily asked us to follow him to a private room to tell us this. We initially got excited thinking that he was going to upgrade our room to a sea view as we had already put this in as a special request but to our disappointment it was to tell us our room was not ready. We did get a free breakfast each to compensate but it was a bit strange how we were told and why we couldn’t be told this at the front desk. The rest of our stay was good but as paying customers it would have been nice to have been treated with more respect upon check in.

Good view, nice rooftop and comfortable rooms. Also, the hotel is in a good location.

3 things I disliked: - I expected a room with a front facing sea view but was only provided with a room with a view on the side and close to the congested main street. - I asked for an earlier breakfast as I had to race a triathlon earling in the morning but I was told it was too late to request for this. - When I called the hotel prior to my departure in order to understand if I could leave the bicycle in my room, the hotel employee was not very nice at the phone.
