Great apartment, clean, spacious and modern.

There are too many requirements when checking in, they tell us don't touch this, don't do that, etc. This should be written on an agreement on a paper, not told to us like we're misbehaving children. Also, they mentioned that because I booked from booking.com, I do not have access to parking for free. They told me to next time book directly with them. What difference does it make if I book with you or booking.com? I'm still a paying guest!!

Modern apartments with high quality. Comfortable beds, good location just a short walk from both the boulevard and old town. Kitchen has all you need. High speed internet and parking garage in the basement (12 euros/day extra cost if not booked directly with the company). Nice pool away from the main road. Service is good, check-in and check-out mainly done by use of WhatsApp. Good digital manuals for the use of the apartment. No change of towels or cleaning if the stay is 6 days or shorter. Beach towels available from the reception.

There is a lot of traffic noise on the sea side, where all balconies are located. We were on the 1st floor, and you are basically sitting in the traffic. Not to bad during night, but it stops quite late in the evening and starts early in the morning. The main bedroom in our apartment (apartment with 3 bedrooms) was facing the street, the other two bedrooms were facing the pool and not so much bothered by noise. Try to get a room higher up if possible....

I liked the location which was an enjoyable walk to the old town and not too far to walk in the heating. Very accessible to go out in the morning, return to get changed and go back out in the evening. The pool was nice and not too many people consider we were there in high season. It was nice and spacious and very clean. It was nice to see reception staff who were helpful and friendly. The garage parking was a bonus too, that we were not driving around trying to find a parking space .

It would be good to show the photos more obvious of the type of apartment that we booked which was really nice , but rather deceiving when the photo keeps coming up as a hot tub on a terrace when that must be a select apartment (s). It was also rather noisy with the traffic if you sat out on the balcony, which wasn’t a major issue as we were out most of the time and when we were were in the accommodation the apartment glazed balcony doors were very good sound proofing. The pool was a little exposed to the street, so a suggestion would be to have a part screen on the inside of the entrance gate and more planting between the pool and Road side for privacy.

The apartment was perfect for our needs, as a small group of friends it was great to have plenty of space to spread out, great kitchen facilities and spacious balcony. The location was great for getting around - a little tricky sometimes to get taxis, but still a great base for exploring and great facilities within walking distance (big supermarket nearby). The pool area was lovely and often nice and quiet, we had no difficulty getting a sunbed anytime of the day. We'd definitely book again!

The road was a little noisy but didn't really impact our stay. Also, ensure you make note of the gate/door codes for access after 10pm.

Few too many rules

Staff are superb. Arranged an appointment with a local chiropractor which saved our holiday (had to visit 3 times) and couldn't be more helpful with good communication from start to finish. Location was good as only minutes from supermarket and pharmacy, about 6-7 mins walk to old town. Aircon was easy to use, beds very comfortable.

Only downside is the balcony noise from the road (though not inside with patio doors closed) and lack of space to sunbathe in privately, decent size for 2 of us.

We had the penthouse apartment which was absolutely amazing. 3 bedrooms and our bedroom had a huge bed which was so comfortable. The rooftop terrace was priceless, with the hot tub, we had so much fun and made so many memories. The staff at reception were perfect. Check in and out was super easy. They booked our transfers to and from the airport, and also booked us a taxi to Gibraltar and back. As soon as I booked, confirmation came through via WhatsApp, and then that number could be used to communicate throughout your stay. The apartment had everything we needed, including towels and beach towels. Very central location, with super market 1 min away, cafe down stair that’s serves a banging full English breakfast. The beach is 2 mins away and it’s beautiful. The old town and harbour are both an easy, flat, beautiful stroll away. Loads of bars and restaurants around. Highly recommend The Angus Steak House where if you pick the right table you can see the chef cooking. We got a boat to Puerto Banis, which is a must, the marina is a different world. We had a family of 4 with 2 adults, 2 teenagers and then our sons mate joined us, all adults and there was plenty of space in the apartment for us all. We don’t return to the same place twice, but I am going back to Marbella because of the amazing accommodation, and relaxing stay. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Refurbished, like new, modern and clean Spacious and big Great sea view Amazing location, walking distance to old town, city center, shops and beach Parking is always useful

Reception is closed after 8pm, if there is an issue no one is on site. Would have appreciated a vacuum and extra towels / sheets given that no extra cleaning if provided during the stay. (They charge 30€ per hour if you want someone to clean.) Road is noisy at night which may disturb your sleep

The apartment was huge with lots of space for a family of 5. The hot tub has great views of the sea , very relaxing here. Saw a few worrying reviews saying it wasn't a safe apartment block but we didn't find that at all. Location was great for the old town, lots of lovely restaurants just a short walk away. Friendly staff and locals.

Pool not heated but we knew that beforehand and we were lucky to have access to the hot tub.

Staff were very friendly and helpful apartment was very new modern and spotless had a sea view out the front and pool garden view out the back had two bedrooms and two bathrooms has all the facilities we needed for breakfast and lunch and had dinner one night it was close 10 mins walk to old town with all restaurants and 5 mins walk to the beach and the promenade to Marbella we every were able to hire bikes from the property for 20€ and we rode to Peurto Banus and back would definitely recommend Aqua and will be back

Sun didn’t really shine on balcony but was prob good to get into the shade for a while also busy street out the front but had a zebra crossing and was interesting to watch the world go by - room was only cleaned once and change of towels but can be done more often at an additional cost which we would prob do again
