The apartments are located near to the very central area and just a step away from the nice shopping street Avenida. The public transport is very convenient- the metro station is on walking distance. Access to the property is easy. Apartment we used to be was pretty, with small and nice balcony, equipped very well with everything you may need. The bathroom was large and nice too. It,s very clean with cleaning services, polite and smiley staff.

You have to consider there are to buildings on the same street. The address provided is probably for the main one where we checked-in but have to walk to the another one. Yet, it’s near but it was a bit surprising. Time to time it’s noisy when guests in the near apartments are moving something or speaking.

The location is good, very clean and tidy, the staff are responsive and the communication is smooth. There is a balcony, so it is very pleasant to enjoy the breeze and drink in the evening.The scenery outside the window is also very good. Overall very satisfied.

The room facilities are equipped with a drip coffee machine, but there is no coffee powder. As a tourist, you would never expect to bring coffee powder. Being a coffee star is intolerable.

Once you finished the Check-in on location and you have received the code, it was super easy. The cleaning staff on location is super kind. The property is in a perfect loaction to explore the city by foot and Metro.

The instruction how to get the code missed a step: Once you reached the building you have to ring the doorball to gain access to the lobby. In the lobby is a kiosk where you finalize the check-in to receive the door codes.

The location is perfect, a quiet area within walking distance of other neighborhoods. Supermarket Aldi, coffee shops are 3 minutes away from the building, UberXl from the airport is less than €20.

The sofa in the living room needs some love and cleaning. Issues with paying for the property. The apartment was booked and confirmed in March 2023 with Amex. A week before our arrival, the property started giving us a hard time regarding the payment. After a few days of back and forth, they finally accepted a payment via their website. As well the virtual receptionist is not the kindness.

Every time someone showered it would flood the bathroom due to bad design/piping problems and the sofa was not comfortable

The apartment was incredibly clean, nice and spacious. It was an added bonus that the room gets cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels provided. The superior suite had all the kitchen utensils you would need and a kitchen table /chairs. The outdoor balcony was shared between three other rooms however it was a lovely space to chill in the sun.

The shower wasn't well sealed and the water came out through the gaps, leaving the floor quite wet. We used towels to fry it up after so it wasn't a huge deal, just something to watch out for.

We liked much the toilet, the bed and smart tv. Location is fine, next to Metro stop, to train station (direct line to Sintra) and easy walk to the city centre.

Auto check in is ok, although I'd prefer one person or like other apartments just the simple code to get the key and no one machine. Too long instructions and it's not so clear in which building is your apartment.This should be indicated in the machine or at least in those long automatic messages with capital letters. We want to underline that the lady cleaning there was very kind and she helped us to find our apartment. Furniture could be better, specially the table, that was old. Other guests were noisy during the night, around 23-00 hours opening and closing doors, speaking very loud at the corridor or at the terrace. So please, write even 2 times in the instructions this fact. Very important that guests let others to rest during the night.

The location was very convenient to restaurants and main tourist area but quiet. The checkin process was extremely easy and the staff were very friendly. The apartment was comfortable for 4 adults.

Unfortunately the lift was broken during our stay.

emails beforehand were answered efficiently

the access to the apartment code was complicated and I had to contact the remote host several times and then eventually via whats app upload my ID documents and answer several questions for registration. It was all very frustrating and a negative experience.

Firm, Good quality beds and Sofa bed was very comfortable too. - extremely powerful aircon which was much appreciated - BRUNAY the staff was a true star and luckily we bumped into her when we were trying to check in! - located on a quiet street which could be even better isolated by the closed windows - Great location and some complementary snacks - some ice cubes left in the freezer, maybe from the last guest?

- slightly stressful computerised check-in in the heat of the lobby, we very luckily bumped into Brunay who happened to be walking by and helped us. - the floors were unfortunately dirty and our feet soles turned quite dirty only a short while after our showers. - people sharing the apartment were playing music until late and then around midnight around 4-5 people started talking very loudly outside of our door.
