Cleanliness, overall design of hotel, friendly breakfast staff, pleasant lobby and lounge areas, great drop off space. Great to have refreshments in lobby area. Great Cassina work/dine table. Plenty of reachable plugs for charging. Nice room design.

No microwave in room is a big fault. A/C was very hard to regulate throughout room/suite. High humidity in room even though temperature was kept low. Breakfast was good. Other meals not great. One elevator was not working, the other one was pretty slow. Room should have two chairs at work/dine table, not just one.

I liked the automatic night light that came on under the bed when I got up at night to go to the toilet. I liked the radio beside the bed although it ran half an hour slow. The room was very clean and the fridge was cold.

As a tea drinker I would have liked a kettle to be able to make my own decaf tea. One pod of tea a day was not enough. I would have liked to have been closer to King Street although it made me get my steps up.

Room is ample and new, pretty close to the main street around 15 - 20 min walk or 7 blocks.

The staff said many times because we book from a third party they didn't care about any information given by Booking, only information straight from the hotel communications line.

Sofia was very helpful on the phone and upon arrival! Mariel and Muriel were exceptionally helpful at the front desk, they went out of their way to help us! Maide (I’m not sure i spelled her name correctly, but she’s from Madagascar) also was very kind and helpful.

Room was excellent. Parking instructions need to be explained in more detail before entering garage for the first time. Location ok. Would have been nice to have a shuttle to downtown Alexandria, airport, etc.

Female clerk at desk was not friendly, working on cell phone while we stood there waiting without any recognition from her, like Be with you in a minute. Finally answered our question, but seemed like she'd rather be doing something else.

Bfast cost over $17 so we didn't eat. Nice location. Lots of great walking and eating opportunities. Nice grocery store next door. Nice areas to hang and talk in lobby. Staff were help. Room clean, well laid out.

Parking was over $30 per night. The bottle of water in the room was labeled $8! Very few amenities considering the cost of staying there. No microwave in room.

There was no parking by time we checked in we had to find street parking. i feel like for 300 dollars a night we should have assigned parking for us. It literally took us like 30-40 mins to find parking and then we had to walk back to the hotels with our bags. Parking was the only CON.

Excellent location. Overnight parking was expensive and one of the two elevators was not operating making for a long wait and crowded ride. The room was clean but found the pillows were not at all comfortable. And no microwave.

Good location, close to the airport, wonderful walking opportunities to explore the city and enjoy the river. Nice and professional staff. Restaurants and grocery store just steps away.

The hotel has a great location. I don’t know why I was charged a resort fee as there are no resort facilities. I arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning. The staff was friendly.

I didn’t like a resort fee.
