The room was clean and comfortable. It was a little on the small side but as we were only staying one night it was good. The bathroom and shower facilities were very nice. The person we were in contact with was very helpful and even arranged a cab to take us to the cruise ship which was really appreciated.

The room could have been a bit bigger and perhaps some written material on what amenities were in the local area would have been helpful.

The property is with in walking distance to the beach. Very convenient. We enjoyed the pool and outside lounges. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was upgraded. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again.

This indeed is the true definition of don't judge a book by it's cover. The outside gives motel but hear me out! The best I've seen in a longtime for someone who travels and book hotel alot. This is simply amazing, very modern, super clean and as soon as you enter the room you can smell the freshness. We'll maintained room and pool. Very smooth check in process. Felt safe and the room was very cozy and comfortable. I will keep this on my list for when I am in Fort Lauderdale again. Self park for free is also a plus!! This location is central and close to the beach and strip. One of my new faves!!!!

The only thing I would add are 2 chairs in the rooms. To sit on so you are not always on the bed.

Nicely renovated, old-school Florida place with a kitchenette and breakfast table inside, good internet, cable TV, etc. The outside seating area was a plus, as was the availability of beach chairs, body boards, and umbrellas to grab and take to the beach around the corner (<5min walk). Friendly staff as well who always asked if we needed anything and resupplied us with towels and k-cups as requested.

The pool is not heated, so not swimmable this time of year (November). There is no toaster or proper coffee maker, just a keurig type coffee machine.

The property was safe/secure, clean and maintained very well, and the spacious rooms had been updated to give a very modern/luxury vibe. A comfortable bed is always a win for me. The room was also well stocked with everything I could have possibly needed and cooled before my arrival. Being that it was about a 5 minute walk from the beach, I loved how the property also had beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas available for free to be used by guest. If the beach isn’t your jam, there was an incredible heated pool right in the middle of the property. Lastly I will say, I most appreciated the ease of checking in and checking out, and the attentiveness of the property manager to any questions or needs. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will stay here again when I’m back in town.

Everything was way above expectations! The owner was super helpful letting us check in earlier. The recently renovated room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The shower and furnishings is what you find in a high-end hotel! The pool was very enjoyable and clean. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were available to enjoy the nearby beautiful beach. The Hotel Deauville is a hidden gem and great value, we definitely will stay in again! Thank you for this pleasant experience! Ebe and Julie

Nothing, we liked everything!

The room was like new, clean, comfortable.

There could have been some little tables or shelves in the bathroom; there was no place to put our cosmetics and toiletries, except on the floor. THere was only one chair in the room, and no desk. My husband used the nightstand as a desk, and I brought in an outdoor chair to use with the nightstand as my desk. We did not realize there was no trash collection or change of towels.

Close to the strip but not noisy. The room was clean with updated furniture. Bed was very comfy, clean sheets & extras if needed. The bathroom was roomy with ample towel’s & toiletries. Wish we had more beach towels. Kitchen had all we needed including k-cups.

Wish we were closer to the beach or had beach views. But the walk was not strenuous & the private location was not crowded at all. Pleasant neighborhood for an evening stroll. Wish there were more beach chairs & umbrellas for all rather than first come. Maybe two chairs kept in the rooms would be great.
