The location is very good and Zahira, the receptionist, answered all our questions with a smile.

Cheap, basic and comfortable accommodation close to restaurants and only a 15 minute walk to downtown. A decent free breakfast was available each morning (just remember to book your slot the day before as space is limited in the dining area) and the kitchen is available to use during the rest of the day.

The bathroom door didn't open properly as the toilet was right behind it which made it a little difficult to get into the bathroom.

The staff here were really helpful and the customer service was excellent. Great breakfast with lots of choice – cereals, yoghurt, croissants, jams, bread, cakes fruit, juice, coffee and tea. Spacious room with comfortable bed and heating to keep you warm. Good location within walking distance of the centre.

The kitchen is small and can get busy at times. There are no kitchen knives, no small pots and no cupboards to store your food. The layout and materials of the hotel means that sound travels and it can be quite noisy late at night and early in the morning.

Every member of staff from the cleaner, cook and reception staff were friendly and helpful. I had a lot of contact before we arrived as hoping to change my dates they were so helpful. Tried to help us book tours, gave directions to catch bus etc. All so good. There is a bit of work going on to improve the hostel so noisy at times but all good.showers hot beds comfy great location .

the staff is great! Zahira helped us with many tips and was very kind, she booked all of the taxis that we needed and always welcomed us with a big smile! also, the breakfast was really goog and there are media lunas to enjoy any time of the day!

the bed was not very comfy and it was kind of sunken on one side.

The noise from the street and from the car repair shop across the street, only one room of the hotel had lake view.

Zahira at the reception went out of her way to help us with useful information! The room was comfortable and clean, the shower was great, and the common areas were nice and clean. The hostel is in a convenient location walking distance to downtown.

Good breakfast

The first room we were in did not have a window and was next to the boiler room, we were able to move after 1 night and the second room was great.

Super location with friendly stuff! The heater was working very hot that day but they fixed it immediately, they also didn't have a problem to print some tickets for us. It was also nice to have a breakfast in the morning, coffee, tea, etc. And some sweets and salty croissants, toasts and lemon cake and of course butter, marmalade and Dulce de leche. Beside some cereals and yogurt also available, really complete.

You could not choose the temperature on the heater. It was not a problem for us since they turned the heater off after telling them that the heater was running very hot.

the location is very convenient. the receptionist was very nice and accommodating. the room was simple but comfortable.

it would be nice to have a small desk in the room. breakfast was very poor.
