Clean, modern, had everything we needed. Particularly have to praise Roy on the front desk. We booked later in the day and requested the signed made up for my child. We arrived around 7pm and the sofa bed request had not been seen/actioned. Roy was brilliant and sorted it out super quickly without any fuss.

Nothing. It was perfect for a pit stop.

Breakfast was good. Location was good too. Guy Roy at reception did really well and helped us in many ways. Thank you Roy

Room sizes were a bit smaller.

Very very friendly staff, in house bar, very cosy place. They had a lot of variety during breakfast for all kind of diet/taste. All necessary comfort was available.

Loved everything, but the place was a bit far by walking from any cold store, bar, restaurant etc.

Nice transit hotel during our travel from Austria back to Belgium. Room large enough for travel cot baby. Nice breakfast. Comfy beds. Check-in went not that smooth because ‘the system’ blocked, was a bit annoying because we had a verrrryyyy tired baby with us (it was already 8.40pm) but the check-in staff was very friendly.

Entrance not easy findable, we had to look where to go with the car at the outside parking to enter the building. Child seats at breakfast were very strange, no one knew how to use them so we had our 5.5 month old baby on us during breakfast. Parking space: we could not fit the secured indoor parking because of our roof luggage, so we parked on the non-secured outside parking of the hotel and had to pay the same amount to leave the parking… €9.50 There was no trash bag in the room, so we could see a very dirty bin. Shower was also not that clean, could see orange ‘mold’ traces on floor as well as shower head. Small bottle of water was €4 out of a fridge at entrance.

We had a lovely stay- the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were all extremely friendly and were happy to help. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety of things to choose from. Lots of free, on-street parking nearby.

The location is excellent for the football ground and close enough to the Hauptbahnhof. It is though a bit of a walk to the centre from the hotel- a not unpleasant walk, but still it is further than I had thought when booking. There is though a regular and quick bus connection, so it isn't a big problem by any means.

Really enjoyed it, eggs were a little dry some morning due to heat setting I suspect

Bar run out of rum Friday 30th June and wasn’t replenish, people switched to Jack Daniels black, two days later they ran out of it as well was not replenished as of when I left. Finally had to switch to beer. Some attendance were not aware of how to make simple drinks, because all were not alcohol drinkers, solution put a basic drink mixing recipe book at your bars so they can read how to make a drink should they need to. 20 Kids / cheerleader as young as 8-10 practicing in the entrance and front parking Lott even after quiet hour and up to as late as midnight they were stomping on the floor practicing up stairs in there rooms. Overall was a really good stay.

Small but nice, well sound proofed room with comfortable beds and clean, spacious washroom. Very friendly and helpful staff at both reception and breakfast area/restaurant. Hotel very nearby the highway but still in a peaceful/quiet area. Enough parking places available at site. We booked this hotel as a stopover during our vacation/travel, we were a bit late to check-in but reception staff (Vikram and Osama) were very helpful and helped us with a timely check-in. We booked a family room for four people but got a room with 3 beds, again reception staff was quick to help and transferred us to a suitable family room. Overall it was good stay for us.

Nothing in particular. Some customers bothered reception staff at the bar when they consumed drinks but refused to pay for these, it is a pity that reception staff has to endure such behavior.

- Clean room. I mean sure there are marks on the walls maybe from luggage or something else but in general we felt the room was clean - Air conditioning was functioning well, which was highly appreciated as it was hot (ca. 27C-30C) during the days that we stayed there - Our stay included free breakfast and the options were quite various - The hotel's location is not that far from city center and we could find free parking spot on the street (maybe not during working days as this looks to be an office/business area) - Staff was friendly and willing to help - Free WiFi was also good enough for me to use for work - All in all, definitely a clear recommendation and for us the hotel felt more like a 4-star than a 3-star

Maybe a mini fridge/cooler should be there. We were traveling with a toddler and couldn't store things like yogurt, small fruits for her snacks. I'm sure we could ask the staff to store them somewhere but it would be more convenient to have it in the room. Additionally, the shower drain was somewhat clogged but these are minor annoyances

We really enjoyed the breakfast. It was great quality.

I received an email telling me that the taxes went up and therefore we would receive a coupon gift card when we checked in. The staff when we checked in, said that they would prepare the gift card and get it to us however, the next day and the rest of our stay, they staff kept telling us that they had no idea what we were talking about.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Interaction with the kids was outstanding the staff gave out chocolate for Christmas and my kids loved it. The staff greeted you every time you left or came into the hotel. Unfortunately I do not remember all their names but the young lady working night/overnight shift was super friendly she definitely cared and her customer service was outstanding.Breakfast was incredible from different rolls to automated coffee machine. My children love hot chocolate in the mornings and the awesome coffee machine made it just like they like it. Lunchmeat, cheese jams & cereals. Definitely A+. We enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately the room was too small for 4 ppl. There was no space after two beds and a crib,plus the bathroom didn’t have a window and the humid air was in the room after taking a shower.
