The room was clean...the bed was very comfortable... The bathroom was nice, nothing fancy...

I was billed for unknown charges that were not on my invoice, like $65 worth... Then our reservation just happened to be during the Microsoft outage, so I had to write my card information on a sheet of paper.... Then I was given keys, opened the door and saw luggage and bags!... Oh my, this room was already occupied!... 2nd room wasn't preoccupied but the view I was promised changed from downtown/Alamodome to the SAPD night magistrate, the municipal court and lots of cop cars.

The facility was very clean and the front desk staff very kind and helpful.

All though we didn't use housekeeping for service we did interact with them in the hallway. They were not polite, they didn't greet you with a smile even after we did and said good morning. We've worked in the hospitality business we know that being polite and getting everyone with a smile is key to making sure a guest feels welcomed and safe. The other was being woken up by a fire alarm and evacuating the bldg that's ok but not being told everything was ok or even having a staff member give us the ok to go back in. We took our cue from the 4 firemen that left after walking in and then out after 2 minutes

Very affordable for a last minute hotel, clean and comfortable. Ideal downtown location.

What I really enjoyed was that the location was within walking distance to the Market Square area. Secondly the hotel had a restaurant and bar with a Starbucks coffee shop which was very nice,and the staff were very helpful and friendly which made it wonderful throughout our stay.

I would say the snack shop was a little overpriced with their items, but that's what you're going to pay if you don't stop somewhere else and pick up the items that you need before you get there. Two small bottles of perrier water and a 12 ounce Dasani water ran me 15 dollars.

I think this hotel is great! If you’re not wanting the crazy busyness of The River Walk this is a perfect place. They have a shuttle to take you to The River Walk too! And the drivers they have a wonderful!!!! Like having a mini tour with each ride. We really were happy that we chose this hotel. The complimentary cookies are a nice touch too! Loved having the restaurant there as well!

the room was very clean and very welcoming, i loved that there's a Starbucks in the hotel as well as a restaurant. the pool was also very clean and relaxing. i also loved that the parking was guests only and that its very secured, they only open the gates to the registered license plates. worth the parking fees. i will definitely be staying here again.

i wouldve wanted a better city view, but wasnt a very big deal.

Everything from the amazing lady at the front desk that checked me in, to walking thru the lobby, to the elevators, and when we got to our room, it was amazing. Room smelled cleaned, everything was just perfect. We went down to the restaurant for dinner and had the most amazing service from the waiter who tended to us and made sure our drinks were never empty. Made sure my daughter got her food first (she was alittle hangry haha) and I was totally over the moon with that gesture. When we were done with dinner, we changed and went swimming, pool, although alittle packed, was still a great time for the family, overall experience was great and we will definitely be coming back.Thank you for the amazing custom service overall!

it had on site garage parking, dining, bar, coffee shop and breakfast options on site. it was well decorated and the outside facilities lo like the pool were enclosed by the building so you were not exposed to the street and outside people driving by. we were staying the night due to an early morning check in at a near by hospital, it was an easy drive there so for us location was key.

The only thing that really stood out to me was there was a section of baseboard that needed to be repaired and the bathroom door was barn door style which is fine but man that thing was extremely heavy to slide closed. I am in my 40’s so it was not hard for me to close but if I was an elderly person or person with a disability it would have been VERY challenging to close.

Superb. The best I ever had. I had the option to order whatever I wanted and they cook it for you, like a regular restaurant would, also they have a full buffet on weekends. When you stay with Doubletree, they really take care of their guest. All breakfast is included in your room price..Stay here if you want a great experience and at a decent price.
