The location was great; the room was very convenient; the reservation staff was really supportive, but the receptionist was not as good as them.

Breakfast is not good at all. It doesn't have enough Halal options, and we had to wait for 30 minutes to be able to start our breakfast as the restaurant was full with a waiting list of around 10 people (We decided not to have the breakfast next day and they ensured us a refund for that). Despite that, we paid 32 Euros/night for the parking place, and we had to pay an extra 5 Euros at the end due to late checkout, which wasn't mentioned by the staff when we asked for the late checkout.

We had a great stay location was prefect everything in walking distance. Breakfast was great lots of different foods and drinks. We went to Vienna on Sunday for the day when we came back there was cake and other little treats left for my birthday lovely little touch.😄 Spa and pool was lovely we had the pool and sauna to yourself . Most of the staff was great and friendly. Beds were comfortable and a had lovely view of the Castle very easy to get a taxi booked at reception. was great when we checked out we could leave our bags in Reception area . Over all we very Happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel.

There was only two things that we didn't like The disco on the Friday and Saturday night was very loud . If we had of know we would of got a different room maybe on a higher level . We only had one moment with a member of staff in the bar and coffee area I understand that not everyone speaks much English but my partner was just to explain something to her and she just told us to leave her alone she was too busy . She seemed a bit stressed and I understand people get stressed but the fact that she went over to other staff and started giving out to them about us was not nice and we felt unwelcome so we left the next day we came back we had a quick coffee and she seen us and just passed she definitely didn't want to deal with us so left and didn't go back in there.

Location of room good and I upgraded to the larger room with kitchen facilities - good view of the river Danube and amenities were good. Room - good sized room, quiet, beds were comfy but no maid service throughout three-day stay. Breakfast offered excellent choices and fresh variety of fruit, yoghurts and pastries with attentive staff clearing away. Staff were helpful and friendly. No issues. I booked this hotel to use the swimming pool, ideally pool could be heated as was a little chilly but nice after a day of walking.

Swimming pool - columns in pool look mouldy and dirty, and non-clothing in sauna, steam and solarium was a bit uncomfortable for women (even with sheets as not used by males). Maid service non existent and room not serviced for three days.

Location is excellent, our room (252) faced the Danube River as well as the UFO building and had been upgraded for free which was a really nice surprise. The room had lots of space, an extra fridge due to the regular one not working properly, iron and ironing board, safe and tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was a little bit on the small size but the shower was powerful and had plenty of hot water. Breakfast was plentiful and staff cleared tables as soon as they were vacated and there was no waiting or overcrowding on any of the 3 times we had breakfast. The hotel has a tram stop and ferry terminal outside and the main bus station is a 2 minute walk away. The main train station isn't really walkable with luggage but the Number 1 tram drops you off at a stop which is a 5 minute walk away. All of the city's attractions are within walking distance of the hotel and there are numerous bars and restaurants within easy reach. Check in staff were really nice and the cleaning teams were always friendly when we passed them in the corridor.

The hotel does have a corporate/conference feel to it and lacks character or charm but is perfectly functionable.

Couldn’t get a better location for all the things to see, bars and restaurants over the road. Lydl up the road 12min walk. Used the pool to cool off in as so hot outside after a long trip out. Great view of the castle from our room- hotel was very clean and well maintained - team making facilities and safe. Tv. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from. Staff very friendly and d helpful

Only issue we had was the Air-con not working at all. The staff kindly brought us up a big fan for the room which helped ‘a little’. Did get offered to move rooms but we had unpacked and couldn’t be bothered. So nights were still a bit sticky.

Nice modern hotel in great location on the edge of the old town. Whilst the overground car park was full come the evening, there is also an underground car park so I assume plenty of spaces available (unfortunately you have to find somewhere on the street first to check in and get a ticket, easier said than done). Breakfast was excellent with plenty of hot and cold selections available.

Minor niggles regarding the shower. It is a combined bath & shower with the usual half shower screen which never seal properly so the inevitable soaking wet bathroom floor happens. It is also quite a high step out of the bath creating a likely slip hazard (as I found out almost injuring myself in the process) but which could be easily solved with the provision of a non slip bath mat. The shower gel and shampoo dispensers are pathetic, there are much better ones on the market.

We loved the whole hotel: the staff's kindness, professionalism and readiness to help, the location and the surroundings of the building, the wide assortment of breakfast options (as vegetarian guests), the lovely scent filling the whole building, the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel... it was just simply wonderful. We enjoyed every minute there and missing it already!

We only met some minor issues. The bed matrasses were a bit narrow and soft for us; the sauna in the spa was apparently out of order unfortunately; the first night was a bit louder than optimal due to Mow Bar's noisy operation (however, I'm aware that it must be beyond the hotel's control). Oh, and the major surprise: the room layout and the location of the separate toilet which was in the opposite corner compared to the bathroom.

I booked the biggest room that had a kitchen and this was very good as well as the living room so the apartment was big enough for my family, the location is wonderful near to coffee shops and restaurants and Danube river view was beautiful and the breakfast was nice and with many options and there was as a swimming pool that my kids were happy to swim in. The staff in the reception are friendly and cooperative especially Ms Alisa.

It was little bit hot although there was AC but it wasn’t cold enough so I have informed the receptionist so they provided us with fans. Rooms needed deep cleaning behind the couch and bed. Parking was expensive.

Was travelling for work and options were limited in high season. Overall, the hotel leaves pleasant impression. Large room and new amenities. Very decent breakfast. Liked the coffee shop with crousants downstairs. Didn't use SPA etc so cannot comment on this. The hotel is next to the old town, although that's a tourist thing with all bells and whistles attached. For those who like.

A bold minus was a weak AC. At +36C outside, the room was barely comfortable to sleep. Kept one window open at night despite the busy road in front of the hotel.

The hotel really surprised me with its facilities. We booked an apartment for our two-day stay and I think I couldn't have found a better place to stay. The apartment was well-equipped with modern amenities ( tea and coffee and cattle and separate kitchen) and had a wonderful view of the Danube river. We came before the check-in time, they prepared our room accordingly, the staff in reception, the wellness spa, and the breakfast section were all very helpful and polite. The location was perfect, with the bus station nearby, allowing us to easily explore the area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bratislava especially for family stays. Very comfortable swimming pool, wonderful breakfasts and super location.

What I didn't expect was a cold room. The air conditioning system was built-in, and we couldn't regulate the temperature. It was too cold for comfort. The staff, however, responded promptly by sending a technician to manually fix the system for which we are greaful. If you plan to stay there, even in July, I'd recommend being prepared by bringing some warm pajamas.
