Actually, it was my husband who was there - I could not go at the last minute, although I booked the reservation. He came for an appt. at the Duke Cancer Center. The reservation was made a week to a few days or so ahead . The price had gone up a lot in that week. It would be nice if you had a better rate for those being seen at Duke or such. Or if the price had not jumped from 135. the previous week to 198. the week he had to come there. Thank you.

Easy access, guest parking was well lit for evening which was important for safety. The hotel and our room were very clean and bed was comfortable. The employees we encountered during our stay were courteous and professional. Also appreciated that the property was pet friendly! Breakfast was excellent.

Our stay was wonderful so nothing negative to report. Keep up the great work!

Location was great everything was near it shopping restaurants. Had a great time!!! Front desk was very friendly!!!! The breakfast was not soo good! On first day no sausage for bacon no meats But the second day it was good!!

Better breakfast !!! But around hotel is great places you can eat breakfast and so we did!!!

Great location. Nice, clean, comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. The staff went out of their way to help resolve a problem with my key.

Not the hotels fault, but kids were running up and down the hallway and slamming doors until close to midnight each of the nights of my stay.

Suite was perfect for both working and relaxing. Enjoyed the desk and recharging areas, liked the fact that the wet bar & coffee was separate from the sleeping area.

Softer lighting options through the suite would be optimal. All of the lighting was extremely bright for evenings and mornings.

the staff that night working had just experienced an power outage so I understand the frustration but we’re still consumers and should be welcomed into the establishment like your happy we choose you. the staff was unfriendly, didn’t speak much only asked my name handed my key and started talking to another staff member. Barely acknowledge me i felt more of a bother rather a welcomed consumer.

This was our second stay at this location, and the staff was wonderful each time. You could tell there were regular clients who stayed at this location for work, and the staff had developed wonderful relationships with them.

There are a a lot stores, restaurants in the area. It was as close as we could get to our family.

The sliding glass shower door sticks and is almost unmovable. It’s was reported to the front desk, but nothing p been done to correct the problem. HOWEVER, it was the day after Christmas, so they get a pass.

i thought the breakfast was very limited . having stayed at Hampston Inn before locations breakfast were more to choose from. disappointed what was served.

my wife likes assorted fresh fruit, likes Eggs itself. pretty much the breakfast was only thing did not care for. the selection of choice.

The hotel was very clean, smelling of disinfectant as soon as we walked in. The free breakfast was very good and the hotel's location is good, close to a number of family-style restaurants and shops. It was also reasonably close to the wedding we were attending. The room came equipped with iron and ironing board, which we need for our semi-formal wedding outfits.

The common areas were always very crowded with groups not wearing masks. We were not sure if they were hotel guests or just friends of guests who wanted to use the big screen tvs to watch sporting events. Our room was on the small side and got rather crowded quickly. The ice-maker on our floor was broken.
