Rooms were very clean, bed was comfy as well! It was nice the room had a little kitchen area and coffee maker. We only stayed in the room to sleep but it would be a great hotel for those needing a longer stay.

We were there on new Year's Eve so there wasn't free breakfast on new Year's day. I understand and agree. That the employees should have the day off but maybe they could have ordered in some muffins or donuts. For those traveling that day it would have been a nice perk since there wasn't breakfast.

The check-in staff and check out staff were both efficient and welcoming. The breakfast attendant was distracted by her phone most of the time, but the area was clean and stocked. Location was centrally located to everything, including shopping and eateries. We even explored beautiful city close by called Apex. Great place to shop downtown on weekend.

Couple of stray hairs on sheets. Shower curtain was short. It was a struggle to keep it in the tub.

Breakfast was adequate & filling. Rooms & location were perfect for a family visiting Raleigh-area for a few days.

Our review would be even higher, but the indoor swimming pool is unheated & hence too cold for our child, who was very excited to swim when we arrived, but was let down when we tried & couldn’t swim for long.

Beds were comfortable and the staff friendly.

I got the room because they have an indoor pool, but we couldn't swim or swim at our own risk is what I was told by the staff members. She said the heater that heats up the pool wasn't working. If I'd known that, I would have looked somewhere else for a hotel with an indoor pool that worked.

4/6/23-4/9/23 I had booked the king suite with a handicap accessible tub. The room was a nice size, bathroom was nice and clean, breakfast was ok, and at the time the pool was closed...That was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Overall it was worth the money and I would stay here again when I visit Raleigh NC, the hotel is in Cary, NC which is 30 min from Raleigh NC.

I’ve been coming here 2 times a month and never knew of the 100 deposit. Every time I came I paid just the room rate. Never was charged 100 dollars. Until front desk mentioned it to me Monday when I called to book.Very disappointed bc I wanted to book this weekend for my sons birthday

I love the atmosphere and the bed was everything. My girlfriend and I slept like babies lol. The staff was very helpful and the hotel price was affordable.

The toilet look rusted and the shower water didn’t stay hot that long but other than that it was a great stay.

The bed was super comfortable.

The front desk gave us a room that had not been cleaned. We had to drag all of our luggage back up the elevator and wait to get another room. On our second day we had to go back upstairs to re-activate our room cards. Annoying.also all of the alarm clocks were smashed.

The room was spotless and very quiet. We never heard other guests. The breakfasts was excellent.

Breakfast could last a little longer. Also, a minisplit in the hallway on our floor made a horrible noise while running.

Exceptionally clean hotel with a most friendly, accommodating, and competent staff. Very good breakfast at an unbelievable nightly rate! We already made reservations to return!

What's not to like? !!!
