For an airport hotel you cannot go wrong. Free shuttle to the terminal. Excellent dinner menu with a very good meat lasagna. They even had broccoli as a side dish! The rooms plenty big enough to spread out and pack before flight.

A small complaint. We used the cool pancake machine, which makes an awesome breakfast pancake. Only problem was the place was out of jam, syrup, or other likely toppings - only butter and honey. Otherwise an excellent breakfast.

Only 5 minutes walk from the airport and only a couple of minutes walk from centauron off site car hire so you don't need to get transport from the airport. It was good to be able to eat in the restaurant in the evening before a morning flight. There were plenty of choices for vegetarians and also a section for vegan choices on the menu. The rooms were big and although it is near the airport there wasn't a problem with plane noise. I would use it again. The staff in the reception were cheerful and helpful.

The room doesn't have tea/ coffee making facilities but you can call for it on room service. You do not need a line of 3 big double wardrobes for an overnight stay! It would have been useful to have a luggage rack as you are not going to unpack at an airport hotel. However the big long sofa could be used for bags.

OPO Hotel Porto Aeroporto is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and exceptional service near Porto's airport. The hotel's proximity to Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, just a few minutes' walk or a quick complimentary shuttle ride, makes it incredibly convenient for early flights or late arrivals. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Despite being so close to the airport, the soundproofing ensures a peaceful night's sleep. There is an early breakfast service, but i unfortunately didn't try it out this time. The staff at OPO Hotel Porto Aeroporto were outstanding – friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist guests. The on-site restaurant and bar provide excellent dining options, making it easy to unwind after a long journey. Additionally, the hotel has close proximity to a metro station that allows for convenient access to Porto's city centre, making it a great base for exploring the area. I highly recommend OPO Hotel Porto Aeroporto for its superb location, excellent facilities, and top-notch service. It exceeded my expectations in every way!

This hotel was a step above what we expected from an airport hotel. It was an easy walk from the airport and a great value for the money. The beds were supportive and comfortable, and the shower was a luxury rainfall system. It was convenient to have a restaurant available, and although we didn't have breakfast there, the staff was kind enough to provide us coffee free of charge. We were able to walk back to the airport, hop on the metro and be downtown within 1/2 hour. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, definitely somewhere we would book again.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic and very helpful. I had mistakenly double- booked this hotel ( through the hotel and through Booking.com). So I had two rooms that I should have been charged for. They were very generous to cancel the extra room with no penalty. Also, I had left my prescription sunglasses on the bus on the way to the airport. The hotel staff went above and beyond to try and help me get them back. The room was very comfy and the hotel restaurant had fantastic food. Staff at the little bar and restaurant were friendly and efficient. A great stay before our early morning flight. Free shuttle service was provided!

The front desk staff were very courteous, pleasant and helpful. Eager to please. A ready smile from all. Got me a tea kettle and lent me an adapter. The lasagna I ordered at the restaurant was very good, but not hot enough. We couldn't get the attention of waitstaff to ask for it to be reheated. The shuttle was on time, the driver was helpful and the distance to the airport is just a short 5-minute drive. The fact that it's included in the hotel price makes it a welcome bonus.

The entrance to the property makes no sense. It forces drivers to go down a narrow driveway around the building to check in even though the entrance faces you as one pulls into the property. The restaurant was not very fully when we arrived for dinner and ordered, but we waited an hour before we got the meal. Others arriving after us got their meals. The waitstaff seemed to be overwhelmed by the number of guests in the dining room. Would love to have had a coffee maker in the room. In my experience travelling through Portugal, most hotel rooms offer them.

The location was fine as we had to be at the airport early. There is a back road that leads to the metro into Porto which was helpful. We spent most of the day in Porto and the hotel had safely stored our luggage and delivered it to our room. We opted for the buffet breakfast which rather than eat at the airport which was a good choice as many flights were delayed. The staff were all lovely and the on demand shuttle to the 400m to the airport is brilliant

The bedding and towels were beautifully clean so we were happy with the standard of hygiene. The issue is more to do with interior tiling as there are cracks and mould in the wet room and it leaked lots of water onto the floor. The buffet was plentiful but as with many buffets some of the food was lukewarm.

Staff were excellent, really friendly, happy to help and also had a great sense of humour. The rooms are huge with massive showers (with 2 rain showers, jets and a hand held). The hotel is clean and tidy. Food is great and good value considering the location at the airport. Access to the hotel was easy on foot (8 mins from the airport) or free hotel shuttle. Arranging Uber pick ups to go into Porto was simple too.

The hotel was mostly excellent, the only thing that could be improved would be the lack of air circulation/extractor fan in the bathroom. Other than that, it's great!

We picked this hotel because of the proximity to the airport and an early morning flight. For being a hotel right by the airport, we were shocked! This hotel was amazing- the room was large, the facilities were wonderful! The bartenders ended up also being the wait staff for dinner, which also was wonderful! The staff were so friendly and very enjoyable to chat with. Highly recommend staying here if you need a place close to the airport. The shuttle was so convenient.

As always, the service and rooms were perfect, and the staff were always nice and chatted with you. On this occasion, we had a hire car problem, and the reception manager went above and beyond to help us he was so incredible nice and helpful with what he did for us more importantly he didn't have to yet still did and went far beyond, his hotel manager should be really proud of him , and easily should be employee of the month with out a doubt. I will NEVER forget the help he gave and the concern he showed us. That tells me what kind of hotel you have here, a hotel way, way above the rest with people who not only do their jobs but care about their customers which in this modern world is trait lacking in most hotels now.
